Needing help with tones on 6S +

Hello, I recently purchased an iPhone 6S + and cannot find my tones, either, on the phone or in itunes, while using a Windows 7 computer with the latest version of iTunes. Is there anyone who can assist me with finding them and making sure they are on the phone?

On the iPhone go to settings.
Then go to sounds. Then go to ringtone. You list of tones should be in there for you to use.

Thanks for the info but, I have already tried that and even went through iTunes and was still unable to find them
