bard technical contact?

so who do i get in touch for real technical issues? i know one can email [email protected], but i think that is for account and general help.
specifically, some material, especially music titles, such as DBM03440 and DBM00863 either cause the bard app to crash or won't authorize at all. who do i contact for problem like this?
