solution to not being able to swipe anymore

iOS and iPadOS

Hi all,
Can someone please help me? Ever since I upgraded to iOS9, I can't seem to swipe right to get to the content I want as easily. For example, I'm in the iTunes store and want to view my wishlist, which is quite long. So, I get through the first 20 songs and tap "Show More." All is working fine so far, but then there comes a point where I can tap "show more" and I'll get the next item, but then it won't let me swipe any further and I see no way to get around this to view the rest of the content. How do I get around this?

Three finger Swipe Up

I have had this a few places. I think the apps are not scrolling to bring new stuff to the screen. I do a three finger swipe up to scroll, and then I can swipe through new items.
