macOS and Mac Apps

Hello everyone,
Santa just might be bringing me a Mac for Christmas. I was looking here on this website at the Mac podcasts, but they are about 3 years old. Would these podcasts still be of some help to me as a new Mac user, or are these podcasts too out dated? Like I said, I'm not sure if I'm getting a Mac, but I want to be prepared just in case I do. I would very much appreciate any and all help anyone is willing to give me on learning to use the Mac! I have both an iPhone, and iPad, which I'm pretty good with. As far as computers go I have only ever used Windows. Also, any other resources for Mac podcasts will be very much appreciated as well. Thank you, and Merry Christmas to you all!

Yes, any beginner Mac podcast on AppleVis will be applicable to a new Mac. I know they are old, but nothing in them has changed recently. The commands, interacting concept, voice, and so on are all the same now as they have been for years.
