Try scrolling through your message conversation using a three-finger swipe down. This will bring older messages into focus on the screen; periodically place a finger on the screen to check your progress. Each time you scroll, VoiceOver will tell you what page you're on and how many pages of messages there are in total.
Hi. Here is what I've found helps me.
As Michael explained, the three-finger swipe up or down will enable you to scroll through multiple pages of messages. I can then swipe left or right with one finger to locate a message on a given page, once I've touched the screen to find out where I am within the message thread.
I do not know of a way to select and copy all messages in a thread, although I would find that useful if such an option does exist. What I do know is that I can focus on any message. I turn my rotor to edit and choose copy. I can then paste the copied text message into a note using the paste option on the edit rotor within the body of a note.

Try Scrolling Through Messages with Three-Finger Swipe Down
Hi Pat,
Try scrolling through your message conversation using a three-finger swipe down. This will bring older messages into focus on the screen; periodically place a finger on the screen to check your progress. Each time you scroll, VoiceOver will tell you what page you're on and how many pages of messages there are in total.
Hope this helps,
Michael
Saving a Whole Conversation
Hi,
Is there a way to grab a whole conversation and copy it into another app?
