Hi,
When searching for movies on Netflix, for example, Minions, sometimes when you want to play a certain movie it goes to the related movies. How do I get it to play the movie I want?
Here's what I do. I go to search, type in the movie, and it says a heading that says explore titles related to, I tap on the movie I want but it takes me to the related movies to it, not the actual movie. What do I do?
Thanks.

Oh and another question
Oh and another question, how do you enable audio descriptions on Netflix? Thanks.
Related Movies
In my experience, the reason it's sending you to related movies is because the movie you've searched for isn't available on Netflix. If you're searching for a movie that you know is available to stream on Netflix, but it's still sending you to related movies, then I'm not sure what's going on.
As for enabling audio descriptions, once the movie or show is playing, select the "Languages" button (I think that's what it's labeled); if audio description is available, there should be an option to select a track labeled English (Descriptive Audio) or somesuch. Hope that helps!
Thanks
Thanks about audio descriptions. I'll try and see about the related movies thing. Because the movie I usually search for is available on Netflix.
Related Movies
Normally, when I got related movies in my searches, it either meant that the movie was not available in the region you are in or the movie has been removed as an available title in your region.
I know that in the US, there are a lot more titles then where I am from, Canada. I also know that Netflix does also remove titles as we used to have Star Trek: TNG in our region but Netflix removed it. I don't know why, maybe it wasn't popular, crazy right?
Anyways, I really hope that someday, Canadians get the same choice of titles as in the US. I know it's a dream with all those copyright laws and all of that, but it's a dream I am keeping.
Hope that helps!
Alternative Video Description Method
There is another way to enable audio descriptions. If you go to your device's settings, general, and accessibility, there is a heading called ,"Media." Under that heading there is a button to enable audio descriptions. It is kind of hard to find as it is towards the bottom of the accessibility settings. This feature is universal, meaning it should work with Netflix, iTunes movies, and any other service which provides descriptive videos. I hope this helps.
