Question About the NBC Sports App

By Kathy Blackburn, 6 August, 2016

Forum
iOS and iPadOS

I am using an iPhone 6+ running IOS 9.3.4. Since Comcast is not available in my area, I was hoping that I might be able to get Olympics coverage using the NBC sports app. I have downloaded it. In accessibility settings, I have audio description set to "on." So far, I have gotten only one video clip to play, and there was no audio description. Has anyone been able to hear audio description using the NBC Sports app?

I don't know how you got that video to play, I can't get anything to play when I double tap on live.

The one time I got something to play, I double-tapped "clip."
