Hello everyone,
Does anybody know of any games similar to Godville? I like Godville, and I have been playing since 2010. I wonder if there is something different though.
I am to the point at Godville where in order to get ahead fast, I need to dungeon. Despite the GV developers saying that they made dungeons more accessible with VoiceOver, I can't figure out how to use the map, among other things.
I am also looking for games with narrative with some audio. It can be music, it could be an audio game... Basically, I'm tired of text games, even though I adore a lot of the choice based games from Choice of Games. I need to also get through Timecrest.
I'm also tired of Blindfold Games getting the attension. We need more games with audio and narrative. The accessible games is being saturated with card, word, and otherwise casual games with Blindfold Games.
The Baby Adopter games are also way too popular and are just timewasters.
Does anybody agree with me that audio+narration is the way to go? I know that EarPlay, the new name of the developers of Codename Cygnus, are developing something big. I also know that Soul Trapper will never be continued, so I hope that apple pulls it from the app store to send a message that it should be updated.
King of Dragon pass is getting a sequel, Six Ages. I hope that I can test that one just like i tested King of Dragon Pass.
Thoughts?

I totally agree about the
I totally agree about the Baby Adopter games, the idea is nice but they aren't all that fun, I like My Baby Sim much better. I really love the Blindfold Games though. I don't really understand the point of Godville, it was accessible but also kind of boring to me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I also love audio games and i'm super excited for a cooking game that will come out. I wonder what the big game Earplay is releasing will be. I don't really have many narrative audio games but I did get A Blind Legend.
i agree
I also enjoyed playing text adventures, or text games, but they are somewhat repetitive once you've played them a couple of times. I like the blindfold games, but mostly I like blindfold RS games, if only because you can play with other people, making the game lots of fun The others, well, it's sometimes very boring to play alone only with computer opponents.
I like blindfold rs games too
I like blindfold rs games too, and I also like Bowling With Friends because it's a sports game instead of just a card game.
Timecrest
I'm really enjoying Timecrest, it's not like other text based games since you make the decisions and the character responds to those decisions. Plus, it has wonderful music, which most other text adventure based games don't have.
Don't get me wrong, I still love playing the text adventure games, too.
Also, I do enjoy the card games, but really think there should be more on offer in consideration to the adventure and simulation games.
audio games
I love audio games as well. You could try audio defence or a blind legend. I have the audio rally racing as well. Oh and sixth sense.
Looking for strong adventure feelings
Hi,
I also agree. Accessible games lack of strong adventure titles, with interesting characters and long term storyline, and the feeling of not loosing one's time.
My best expériences were Blind Legend (close to perfection to me, mixing action and narrative), Aui Defense, Sixthsense, many choices of game titles.
I Agree
I wish we had a game available to us that was not only fun to play but also had a good storyline with indepth characters. Something I could fangirl over/write fanfiction for, you know? I know that probably sounds stupid, but I thought I might as well share it anyway.
