COntact the Developers
I completely agree about contacting the developers. Is there any other way to contact them besides Big Fish customer support? If not, I guess the best we can do is to politely contact them and ask about improving the VO access for this game. I still wonder why it won't work. Is it coded in Unity or something? This is very strange.
This game being inaccessible
This game being inaccessible is very odd, since all of the other games, lifeline... lifeline 2, lifeline silent night, lifeline flatline, and lifeline crisis line, are all fully accessible, so why then, is this one not accessible at all? we should all try to contact the devs and see what can be done, but I find very odd.
The answer
The answer is simple. I don't know if in the description says, but they did the game with other conpany, following they steps. In other hand, its possible to contact them in they twitter @lifelinegame or in the Facebook page Lifeline
Lifeline Pack
OK, I saw that they launched a Lifeline bundle, the green series. But in that bundle Whiteout isn't added. That means, Whiteout isn't connected to the Lifeline world or something like that?
Lifeline Pak
yes, whiteout is not directly related to the green creatures universe. It seems to be a completely separate story.
Yes but...
Yes, I think so. But that don't changes my mind, I still want to play it. Something strange about me, is that I alwais want all or nothing lol
Petition
Well, I did this so far, but I think that is, if not, the last option.
I didn't created that just for the game, I did it with the last hope of this. Don't take it bad

Playing
OK, I had the oportunity to play this game with the help of a cousin. I discovered that if you are outside of the game, or with the screen locked, you can see the in coming messages
Notifications
So, the notifications themselves are accessible? That doesn't surprise me since they're using the iOS notifications. It looks like the game screen itself isn't appearing for VO. It's probably coded in Unity or some other silly graphical engine. Why can't they just take the text from the story and put it into the existing framework they use with the other accessible games?
Notifications
I think that they are so lazy to do it, I'm losing hope on this
Response
OK, they answered me on Facebook, heres the message:
It seems we can't add this to Whiteout but can add them to each new game we do. The reason is very technical .. not because we don't want to..we all do.
First, very short answer. and its like they wrote that very fast because it don't explain nothing. In other hand, it don't apear that they really want because if they wanted to make it, they would. In my next message I said this, and they can only use their frame and past the text. They don't answer, and if you ask this, yes, they saw my new message. I told them to come to Applevis to see this, also. Nothing else. I don't think that this will happen
Another chance?
Hi.
Its a out of topic this, but someone know if Whiteout is accessible in Android? Maybe if it is, I can emulate Android to play it.
Same Situation on Android
The game doesn't work with TalkBack on Android. I purchased it on my Nexus 7. When I opened the program, the music started playing, but there was nothing on the screen that TalkBack could detect. I used the 2 hour refund period to get my money back. I also got a refund from Apple. If the devs are unwilling or can't make it work, I'll just move on.
Alternative
If you want to not actually play, but check the story, you can check this: https://www.xbop.com.au/2016/09/lifeline-whiteout-walkthrough-1/
Awesome!
This is awesome! Thanks for this. I can still enjoy the story.
Re
Its inconplete, but I contacted to the author thanking him for this work
Good thing..
Good thing I got the app while it was free. No woneder i didn't hear anything while flicking on the screen and didn't get any response. Do you guys think it's worth purchasing Lifeline 2?
Games
All the Lifeline games except this one work with VoiceOver.
Something curious
Someone checked the Lifeline library? If you check it say's Coming soon Whiteout 2
Whiteout
Hopefully, this new Whiteout game will be accessible. On a related note, there is more content in the guide you posted for Whiteout. I'm going to read the next section. I can't thank this person enough for providing this. I just wish I knew how to contact him.
Re
You can look through the contact page there, yes, I wanted to thank him too, but I still want to play the game for my self, but, well, I wont do it, I know
First contact...
As the author of the still-incomplete walkthrough, I was curious to learn more from my well wisher(s) who appreciated my write up.
Honestly I had no idea that I was helping to fulfil a gap/need...
I do apologize for my tardiness in completing all the chapter write-ups. The effort is completely a hobby which deserves more attention than I can afford given the wide variety of commitments I have. I am trying to complete the walkthroughs - chapter 7 & 8 have been completed in the new year/2017. I hope to push through and hopefully have it all done late Jan/early Feb.
Thanks for all your words of encouragement & support!
Nic
Re
@Nic
Thanks again for doing this, it have helped so much to understand the game, and the result is like if I am playing, so I'm tuned for new chapters. Again thanks!
FYI Chapter 11 finally added to in my walkthru...
Sorry for the delay but Chapter 11 was longer than previous chapters and needed extra effort/time to complete... Lifeline Whiteout Walkthrough #12: Morning - Day 3

Now accessible
This game can now be played fully accessible along with chapter 2 within the Lifeline library app
Whiteout
Where can I find the first whiteout game accessible? In the library app there is only whiteout2 and whiteout itself has not been updated.
Lifeline library app
You can find both games in the Lifeline library app. At the top there is a carousel of games that you can play. The two games of there.
I found it, thank you
I found the game and and playing it. I have to say though that I don't like the wat the lifeline library app works, at least in regards to this game since I haven't played the other Ines in there yet. I doesn't give you the normal notifications with every message from the protagonist and you do not get the normal delays like in the other games when he is doing something. There are only some delays but they can be skipped by watching and add. But most of the game seems to be played kind of in fast mode, where the character tells you to wait while he is doing something but you get the new message right away. I personally prefer the mechanics of the other separate lifeline games. What do you guys think?
You will
You’re Definitely Welcome! Are You Sure That Fast Mode is turned on Automatically?
Keeping the place where you left off?
I have been playing Whiteout for only a few minutes, but every time I get a notification instead of staying at the last message that was sent, I end up back at the beginning. So then I have to swipe through all the messages to be able to respond. Does anyone have a way around this that they could share?
Thanks so much.
