a Question about verbosity settings

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I use voiceover on my mac in column mode. Under additional speech verbosity settings, do you know what option I would have to change in order for voiceover not to announce what type of icon is highlighted? For example, when I am in my applications folder and voiceover highlights app store, after it reads the name of the icon, it will then say 'You are currently on an application'. How would I stop voiceover from saying what type of icon it is and just to read the name of the icon?

That's a hint. You can turn those off in VoiceOver utility, under verbocity options. I believe you can always hear these manually by pressing VO shift h.
