I recently downloaded the new Uber Eats app and gave it a test run. The good news is, I was ultimately able to place an order for food and the food arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. The bad news is, I would not call the app voiceover friendly. In fact, I think it would be very challenging for anyone other than a expert level voiceover user to navigate. Has anyone else tried it?

It's terrible and that's disappointing
I would have expected a company that is familiar with the needs of blind users to have done a much better job. Bottom line is I won't use it anymore unless it improves. There are too many other options in my area, though admittedly they all have issues.
Reporting accessibility problems to Uber?
Does someone have an email address for Uber accessibility or whomever should be contacted concerning accessibility problems with their software? I am trying to avoid what will inevitably be navigating a labyrinth of links to find some hardly accessible feedback form somewhere on their website. LOL. Thank you in advance
I use it. It could be a bit
I use it. It could be a bit more accessible like the tabs need to be labeled but I'm fine with it but that's just my preference. Out of all the food apps though I'd say doordash and postmates are the most accessible but they too have their own issues.
