Folks,
I had a problem with Uber and my credit card. An representative of Uber sent me an e-mail asking me to take a photo of my card and send it to her in the very same e-mail's reply.
Ok, I thought. This is anoying but they need it, so why not? I then found someone to take a photo from the credit card, using of course the iPhone which is currently the way I use to take photos.
All good, the photo was on the camera roll. Now I just needed to tap reply and .... and ..... well, as surprised I could be, I could not find an attach button. Please please do tell me that I am wrong and that there is currently a way of attaching something in a reply e-mail ... because I hardly can imagine that such a vital and simple feature is not among the thousands of iPhone features.
P.S. I searched a lot on Google and other resources before asking here. I want to believe that I am wrong and Apple wouldn't be so ... spoiled as not to include such feature on e-mails replies since it is already some how found on the sharing menus of so many apps ... but I suspect with a increasing horror that I am probably right ... but please tell me the oposit, seriously.

alas
I never found a way to do it with the native mail app.
Maybe there are better mail apps.
Yes you can
Make sure you are in the body of the mail, go to the edit on your rotor. Flick up or down and you are good to go.
I think the only way
I think the only way is to go to the photo, hit "share" and then "mail". It means you'll probably have to copy paste the email address into the new email it generates. It really is surprising there's no way. A bit counter-intuitive. Now that the files app is a thing though it may only be a matter of time.
