Looking for a video recorder with pause and play feature

I have started doing an video blog. The picture doesn’t matter all that much since I mostly direct my blog to visually impaired people, though I am trying to do it for both blind and seighted. I need a video recorder. Right now I am using my youtube app and sometimes the camera app. The problem is I cannot pause wich makes it hard since I am working with crochet patterns wich might have taken an hour to complete. I tried it and got a video that was 43 minutes long. :-) i confess that was kind of funny, but I did not publish it because it was so long. So all I need is an accessible app that makes it possible to pause and resume recording. Thanks in advance.
