Can anyone please recommend accessible Bible software, which will work on a Macbook? I have used Bible websites before, but would prefer an app, that will let me access scriptures, in a number of Bible versions and provide me the facility to copy some of the text out to other apps. Any suggestions please?

I recommended this to an IOS user and he loved it so much. You can do virtually everything in this app from downloading several versions for offline use to highlighting to comparing versions among others.
I would not like to bore you but please give it a go and let's see how it meets your needs or standards. I think the latest version is 8.3 or so since my iPhone is not online now.

Hi. Many thanks for suggesting this, however, when I looked at the website, I was not able to find an option to download to a Mac computer. I will certainly download the software to my IOS device and to my WINDOWS computer.
