Problem with onscreen keyboard

Hello everyone,
recently I got a problem with my I-phone 6S. When I click on any edit field, in any app or website keyboard is simply not appearing and Voice over say quick nav off. This is strange because I did not have any other keyboard and as much as I remember these days I did not play with any settings. Restarting my phone already tried.

Well, voiceover seems to believe you have a keyboard connected. Maybe try temporarily toggling bluetooth off?

I tried that, I also tried restarting phone with home and power, turning on airplain mode but nothing worked.
