I am using a LG HBS850 Bluetooth headset with iphone 7 running iOS 11. When using voiceover or even if I have sound turned off I hear a beeping every time I touch the screen when I flick or tap or even slide my finger it beeps it does not make these noises when voiceover is turned off. Cannot figure out how to make it stop. Does anybody have any ideas?

Hi,
Hi,
Are you referring to the VO clicking sounds when navigating the screen. For instance when you come to a new element on screen? I've heard this from other users, but truely haven't seen this issue on my end yet. Am wondering if it's just the Bluetooth audio issues, or if there's something deeper. Seeing as it doesn't happen with VO turned off, I'd say try disabling VO click sounds, accessed by going thru the rotor and disabling sounds, unless you've tried this already. also, try restarting the headset, or the iPhone. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you, it might just be a quirk with Bluetooth audio.
Familiar with the problem
Yes, I have experienced the same issue. It has to be an iOS bug that got introduced with a recent iOS update. I had not used by LG bluetooth headphones in some time, but a couple of weeks ago when I tried them out, I noticed the beeping sound. One thing that helped was to increase the iPhones volume to max on the iphone itself using the volume buttons, then adjust the volume to a slightly lower level on the headphones. It didn't completely eliminate the problem, but it certainly reduced it.
