moving folders from iCloud Drive to Google drive

Hello.
I have an entire just press record on my iCloud drive and I want to change the name on it and move it to google drive where I have more space.
Any help would be awesome.

Edit: I do not have a computer, just my iPad and iPhone. I have an entire diary and cannot even seem to rename the folder.

You should be able to use the Files app to move the folder from one cloud service to the other. Just make sure Google Drive is installed and available as a cloud service in Files.
