Hello
From an iPhone 6S I upgraded to an iPhone 8 plus. I tried to link my Astrum 3.0 bluetooth keyboard, but I can not get it to work. First I turned on bluetooth and then the keyboard. Then on the keyboard itself I press and hold escape plus the Letter K for almost a minute. Silence. On the iPhone 8 plus the bluetooth options under settings is opened. It shows bluetooth is turned on. I swiped right until I hear: "Keyboard button." I opened that and swipe right and tried to enter the 4 digit code provided, but then received the message that the connection failed and I must make sure the keyboard is turned on. I tried this several times. No luck. I also can not connect my JFlip3 bluetooth speaker. No go. Can it be that these devices are to old now? I will cry myself to pieces if that is the case. I even turned off my iphone and back on. The problem is still not solved. Please someone? Come to my resque. I will be for ever greatful.

Suggestion
Do you have your old phone still? Did you have your old phone ‘forget this device’ for the two devices? Go into bluetooth settings on your old phone, if you can, and have it forget the devices under the bluetooth settings.
