Hello all,
I have been using MacOS for a little under a year now, and I am interested in finding an accessible way to create, edit, and sequence MIDI files. In Windows, programs like Lime Aloud and QWS are available, but I have yet to find any information about MIDI in MacOS using voice-over. Is Garage Band an option for accomplishing this task? Are there other programs that you have found to meet your MIDI sequencing needs? Please let me know your thoughts.

Reaper is a complete DAW. It is fully accessible thanks to a plugin developed by the nvaccess group. And of course it has a fully accessible midi editor. However, you would need to understand the software and learn some concepts (specially if you have not worked with a DAW before).
