Question about VoiceOver speaking iTunes Store movie subtitles

Hello, all! I am DharmaPutra from Indonesia. I want to ask about vilm rental in the iTunes store. Yesterday, I hired a Kung Fu Panda 3. But, when I played the film, I couldn't read sub-titles with VoiceOver. while I have set it in the accessibility menu. please help me. thanks.

voiceover verbosity settings

To make voiceover speak the subtitles, you need to turn it on through the voiceover verbosity settings.

Go to settings, general, accessibility, voiceover, verbosity.

Keep swiping till you get to media descriptions.

You've got four choices, speech, braille, both, and off.

I've set it in verbosity. and for the media description I select the speech. but still it doesn't work.
