I didn't know this... Thanks for sharing and doing the podcast. Weirdly, the only thing the Battery widgit recognized besides my Iphone and gave the battery percentage to was a Bluetooth pair of earbuds someone gave me they got free out of a case of Beer. LOL
This is already in my iPhone xx. When I go to first page and slide to right I see battery. phone, watch, airpods and air case. Does this mean also if I connect a bluethooth speeker will show how much battery it has? It never show my smart case perhaps because it is not an apple case? Will be nice if I could see how muchis my case.
I loved the podcast, but wen I followed your instructions, I was not able to find insert batteries on my wigit page. I had 36 other wigits showing up, but not insert batteries. I have an iPhone 7 with Voiceover. Powering off the phone and doing a hard reset did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.
If you haven't connected a bluetooth device, like an Apple Watch, that reports battery level, it won't be available. I looked it up when it wasn't on mine. Apparently, it's a one time thing though.
Glad to see that some like this tip. Yes, a few things to note and some were answered by others on this thread.
Yes, I don't believe that you will see this as a widget until you have paired a Bluetooth device to your phone. So, get out your Bluetooth keyboard or headphone and you should be able to find this widget. I have seen this widget disappear from time to time and a basic reset of the phone typically resolve this problem. Lastly, not all the Bluetooth devices that you have paired may be shown. For whatever reason that be. Perhaps, that manufacturer did not put in the proper coding to make it appear but I'm not 100% sure why most do show up and some do not.

Insert Batteries is not listed on my wigit page.

I'm using a SE and the wigit was just called Batteries. Not insert Batteries.
