Hello you have to act like you’re going to close an app but don’t fully go all the way up like you going to close one import right back down when you hear the first sound affect like you’re going to close the app you put right back down towards the bottom of the phone I hope I explained this good enough

Here's how I did it: Go to your home screen and find the place where VoiceOver tells you how many pages you have, then double tap and hold, then drag down from there. You will hear a swish sound (like the Mac makes when you bring up the launch pad). Everything shifts down your screen by about half, including the status bar. To dismiss reachability, just double tap in the blank area above everything. HTH

Hello that does sound like a good way to do it we are just on the home screen but I don’t believe that that could be worked in apps or Safari but I could be wrong The way I was explaining it is that you can use it anywhere on the phone no matter if you’re an app or Safari or on the home screen you’re able to use Reachability

You don't need to double-tap for reachability. Simply swipe up from the bottom, the exact same gesture you use to return to the home screen—but instead of lifting your finger after you feel the first click, swipe back down and then lift your finger. Hope that helps.

Joseph is correct. As long as it is turned on, this will work. To turn it on, go into settings>general>accessibility and find reachability, and toggle it on if it is turned off. To the right of the button, theres a description of what it does and how to use it.
