Hi everyone,
I was wondering if any of you would have an idea on how to fix a problem I just discovered.
I used the VoiceOver script to see my battery status by pressing option+B, but I also have my battery displayed in my menu bar.
Today, while charging my MacBook Air, I pressed Option+B, and it showed my battery was at 96%. Then, for some reason, I went over to the menu bar and it showed that my battery was at 100%.
Is there a way I can fix this? I've never seen this kind of inconsistency before.
Thanks for any ideas.

Had This Too...
I experienced this too with Battery Monitor and Coconut Battery. Not exactly sure what causes it, but it might have something to do with charging mechanisms being different. Someone else can probably give a better answer.
Hi,
Hi,
Yes if you use battery monitor it shows the true charge level next to the fake charge level. I can't explain it well, but it'll show the percentage with decimal points, the true charge level then above that is the fake level which is basically what you're reading in the menu bar. I don't use the menubar battery percentage or script as battery monitor gives me loads of info.
