Hey guys,
How I can use Windows on my MacBook pro?
I hear I can install a virtual Windows Machine, but I don‘t know how.

You can download and purchase VMWare Fusion. With that ,you can run any version of Windows in a virtual machine. Windows 10 installation speaks right out of the box, and Windows 7 can be installed with speech using custom talking preinstallation environments.

Can I use VMWare Fusion with Voice Over? I mean, can I install that with no Problems with Accessibility?

VMWare Fusion can indeed be installed with VoiceOver. As far as I know, it is the only accessible virtual machine software.
