Allow me to start this post by offering him apology. I meant to get this information online sooner, I just ran out of time. I have been wanting an iPad for quite some time now, I was just suffering from sticker shock. Apple does provide a great product, but it is pricey. Earlier this week, I received a coupon via email offering an additional 10% savings on all qualifying products at Best Buy. It was applicable to open box and clearance items and did not expressly exclude tablets. I quickly located an iPad air 32 gig in store open box item at a nearby Best Buy.

Hi. I'm cconsidering purchasing the iPad Air 2! After the screen on my iPad Air shattered quite easily! I am wondering if it's worth investing in the latest iPad as I need a screen which is more solid than the one that is on the iPad Air. If both screens are the same then I may purchase the iPad 4 which seems to be quite durible and I was happy with that model when I had it before passing it on to my son. I hope someone can answer my query on here.
I have had an iPhone 4s for a few months and am considering purchasing an iPad. Would it be better to get the iPad mini or the iPad fourth generation? are the iPad and iPhone pretty much the same device? Is there anything you can do with an iPad that you can't do with an iPhone? What device would be the best to use with a Braille display for taking notes during a meeting or at church? Thank you.
Hi, all!
I recently got an iPad pro for black friday, and I'm trying to figure out the differences in usage between voice over for iPhone and for the iPad. I got the smart keyboard accessory which makes the iPad a joy to use since it folds to the same size as the iPad and doesn't add any extra length or width to it. But, there are things I might still be missing, like how to use split windows etc. Does anyone have any tips for this transition?
Thanks!
Hi. I do not own an iPad, but I have had the chance to play with other people's iPads. Some of them have cases with lids and when you open the lids, the screen unlocks and when you close the lids, the screen locks. No need to press the lock button. How does this work and is there any cases like this for the iPhone and iPod? Thank you.
Good day,
I am in need of a case for my iPad 2018, which I believe measures 9.75 inches. The cases that I am considering are an Otterbox Defender case, and a Fintie Slimshell keyboard case. I'm in college, so I need something that will protect the iPad both inside my backpack and outside of it. Which of these 2 do you reccommend? Or do you have additional reccommendations?
Thank you so much.
Hi guys,
Just wondering if the iPad mini4 has 3D Touch? There is no information about it on the Apple website, so am guessing no. But just thought I would double check :)
Thanks :)
Dear Everyone!
After reading about the IPad OS, I would like to get my hand on the newly-released IPad mini 5. However, I still feel skeptical whether it is beneficial for visually-impaired people. I really appreciated if any one here give me advice. It is worth noting that I currently own an IPhone XS Max. Thank you!
Hi folks, the iPad mini is on some decent sales right now and I'm seriously considering one. I switched my phone to android a few years back, I think my last iOS version was 15.2 on an iPHone 8, but I really want the best of both worlds and have a few ipad mini specific questions.
1. Is it wide enough for comfortable Braille screen input in tabletop mode? I love BSI but wouldn't really want to use something bigger than a phone a lot in screen away mode.
I've an iPad mini 4 which works fine. I am working towards utilizing the iPad and iPhone more but am not planning to phase out my Mac so the Pro models are not in my future plans. However, the mini 5 has a faster chip.
Are there other factors that might make the mtnt 5 more attractive to me? I would like to hear from those who have used both.
Hello all,
I am considering purchasing a new iPad for college in August. I was wondering which one I should in fact purchase. They both seem to have the same memory capasity options, with only the cameras and retina display being different. I am totally blind, so I will not be viewing any photos. I will mostly be dealing with documents, for example, Pages, KeyNote, etc. Any recommendations would be helpful.
Thank you.
Hi all
Please let me know if the latest iPad Pro 11 will outperform the iPad Pro 9.7 gen1 in performing the following tasks:
1. Basic media production, not advanced stuff, only audio.
2. Reading and writing lengthy documents using Pages. I can feel really some performance issues with my iPad Pro 9.7 in reading and writing documents.
3. Intensive battery-drain tasks such as listening to audio books and media streaming.
4. Bluetooth lag in audio streaming to headset and braille display?
Thanks all
Hello. I have decided to buy a Ipad pro. my question is do you have listened to all Ipad pro models? if yes what model do have the best audio experience? Does the big Ipad pro have better audio/speakers then the other pros?
Best regards Kasper
Of course, the iPad will be cheaper, but the MacBook Pro is better in some aspects, but what is better, between the 11 inch and 40 between the 11 inch iPad Pro and 14 inch MacBook Pro or 12.9 inch iPad Pro and 16 inch MacBook Pro
Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase a high-spec tablet, or light laptop. I'm toying with a windows machine, but given that's way way off topic for Applevis, I'll confine myself here to a few questions about the iPad pro.
Essentially I want to know whether any of you are using it, which variant (9.7" or 12) you've gone with, and how you are finding it. any pros, any cons etc.
