Can't tag RWC games in latest FB 39.1

Hi.

I've updated to iOS 9.01 and FB 39.1 on my iPhone 5s and when you go to "Say what you're doing to express something, when I touch the screen to make my selection, VO says "Looking for" instead of what you want. EG when I go to tag RWC games VO acts weird.

Can't transfer custom ringtones and other multimedia from Windows to iPhone

Hello,

Since some time now (maybe a few months), I no longer can transfer custom ringtones and other multimedia from my Windows PC to my iPhone.

I'm using Windows 11 version 23H2, Apple Devices 1.5.0.160 (1.1280.40963.0) from the Windows Store and iPhone 13 with iOS 18.1.1. The option in "Apple Devices" to manually manage multimedia is enabled. The option for automatic cync is disabled.

can't turn down volume on iPhone ear piece

I have an iPhone 14 pro and I'm not able to turn the ear piece's volume down using the volume buttons. Is there a setting that you have to enable? Is anyone experiencing this issue?

Can't update application on AppStore

Dear all, I have a problem with AppStore on my iPhone. I suddenly couldn't update my application. When I tab AppStore icon on my home screen, there are 4 updates. Then, I double tab on it and double tab on update tab. After that, I only found update heading without any other information such as update all and the list of application that are need to be updated. For me, this problem have been happened since yesterday, but my friend have the same problem after he updated his iPhone into iOS 6.1 on friday.

Can't update to 9.3.
On my iPhone:
Because it says it is no longer connected to the internet when it actually is.
In iTunes:
because it says 9.2.1 is the most recent version.
This after updating iTunes today.
I guess I don't want to update.
I don't want to phone Apple support because I know they will ask me to reset my network settings at the minimum. I don't want to have to look for my passwords and keys again!
It all seems like to much trouble for an update that hardly fixes any accessibility bugs.

Can't work out what is using my data

Hello, The other day I unlocked my iPhone and noticed the "network connection in progress" icon was there inbetween the 3G/wifi indicator and the time, meaning something is using the internet. As it was on the home screen, I couldn't figure out what it was. I checked the settings in the "background app refresh" and they were all as I wanted them, and none of them appeared to be using my internet. Next, I closed all my apps from the app switcher, then went back to the home screen. The icon was still there.

Cancel button not reading properly

Hi. For several weeks, I have been having an issue with my cancel button. I do not know what happened around the time that this strange thing started happening, but VoiceOver does not read Cancel. It says Cance\[-/" It does not matter whether I'm using my favorite Australian voice or the US English one. now with the 5S, it still hasn't changed and it was not always an issue with my previous 4S. If I set punctuation to None, it just says: Cance. Any ideas on why it might be doing this? Has anyone else experienced this?

Cancelling Bolt rides

Hello Everybody,
I sometimes use the Bolt ride app when I need to be out and about. However, whenever I want to cancel a ride because the driver does not want to come again, it is often terribly difficult. I have never been able to cancel a ride on my own using VoiceOver unless I turn VoiceOver off and let a sighted person cancel for me.
I am currently using 14 Pro but even with my previous iPhone models, I never was able to execute this function.

cannot access mmy photos

So I had to log out of my Apple ID and logged on again. Now, I cannot access my photos. How can I reach them? They are there, but just not available in the pictures app or even the Melodist app.
How can I get them back?

Cannot access sample voices in Voice Dream Reader

I'm registered blind and very slow at typing. I have the two voice dream reader apps but am unable to get the demonstration voices, so I am reluctant to pay without hearing them. Please help , in idiot proof language. Thank you Sarah.

Cannot access TABs in Google Maps

Since two weeks I cannot access the TABs anymore with VoiceOver in Google Maps.
I get a lot of Posts with photos. I think it are reviews. I turned them off in the settings, but VO is still reading them.
It seems that they overlap the TABs in the bottom of my screen, so they become unaccessible.
The problem is confirmed by VO users in The Netherlands.
Are there also VO users here having this problem and maybe somebody has a suggestion to solve this?

Cannot access the Help sections of Apple’s iOS iWork apps

Hi All,
I have a I pad air wifi only. I can get on the net just fine. I'm wishing to learn to use Apples' office apps so I thought it would be the best place to start would be with the in app help section. When I tap on the help tab I get a message that I must connect to the internet.I will even open Safari at the sane tine, but still I get the error message is there a setting that I have to change so that these apps will find my router?

Cannot add a reaction to a message on WhatsApp

Hi just wondering to know is anyone else having problems with iOS 26 and WhatsApp? I used to be able to react to a message on WhatsApp but since iOS 26 it does not seem to be possible the reaction screen with the emojis on it just seems to flash up for a couple of seconds and by the time I can locate it on the screen it is gone. I’m running the newest version of iOS and I am on VoiceOver any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Cannot add App review with VoiceOver

Hi,

With VoiceOver in the App store I searched for the App for which I want to add a review. Select the Add review button and login with my Apple ID. After that I have to enter a nickname, select how many stars I want to rate the App and enter a title for my review.
But if I then swipe with one finger from the title to the next field, which I think should be the filed to enter the tekst of my review, I hear a chord sound and I return to the previous screen.

So my question, how can I add a App review
with VoiceOver?

cannot buy any apps, including free apps, from either mac or ios app stores. am I the only one experiencing this?

Hey all,

For some reason, I can't purchace any apps, weather free or paid, from either the ios or mac app store. Just yesterday I was able to do this without any problems. is anyone else having this issue? If so, are there any theories as to what could be causing it? My payment info is all as it should be, and I don't give out any of my card details to anyone, lest I be killed and skinned by a very angry alien creature. :)

Cannot call people in my contacts app

Hi. I have had a strange problem with my phone for a few days now.
I cannot call anyone using my contacts app. I select a contact and place a call but it comes back with, "You've dialed an incorrect number," even though the number is correct. Also, wen ever I go into the messages app or if someone is calling me, voiceover no longer says the name of the contact. It just reads their phone number. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
