iOS and iPadOS Gaming

Post Date:

Hello Apple VIs community!
My name is Harry and I am a totally blind iOS user. I am writing because I'd like to discuss what I feel is quite a large problem which lies within the blind and visually impaired gaming world.

Hello guys!
Which free racing games are playable? They do not have to be accessible, but easy, so that I can set up and play without the help of a sighted person. I already played the blindfold racer

Did not care much about them before but now I am totally crazy about word games. I would like to know if there are any free word games that are accessible for IOS. Don't have a computer.

Can someone list of word games for iPad and iPhone. I am in my worst time so free games would be much better.

Hi all, I just downloaded the freeq game. I opened the app, and it began reading the accessibility statement. However that is all it did. It said to do the two finger zoom, I'm not sure what that is, but it said that it will turn accessibility mode on. I turned voiceover off to do this obviously since it doesn't need to use voiceover to work. I tried a few gestures and all I could get was the statement about accessibility to play again. I'm not finding any other functions. This game sounds really cool though! So, what am I doing wrong? Has someone done a podcast on this game?

I'm playing the game Frequency Missing, but I'm stuck on the part about the law firm. Of course, this is my first day playing the game, but how do you get into the firm? I've tried getting past the cat--I'm assuming it's the lawyer's, and I've tried using a fruit box to get past the cat and go into the alley and trying to turn off the lamp. it's hot, the lamp, that is/can't turn it off. Can't get any closer to the firm/what the people within are saying by using the window.

Hi, I'm the developer of Nano Empire, and I'm back with a new game!

Friends of the Prince is a multiplayer "social media simulator" in which a little boy, the Prince, has absolute power. You choose to "like" or "dislike" messages from the Prince, and all players' choices combine to impact a shared game world.

If you like text adventures, let me recommend Frotz, an open-source Z-machine interpreter for iDevices. You can download hundreds of text adventure games, and it is just like playing infocom games of the past. Except for downloading new games, you can use Frotz in Airplane mode. I particularly find text adventures useful for helping me build up typing speed and skill on the integrated keyboard.

As the subject would suggest, I'm having the issue that Frotz for the iPhone isn't syncing with Dropbox. The account is linked, and I made an account with them--but the sync is not happening. There isn't even a Frotz folder on my Dropbox. I even checked the website, as well as the desktop app, and nothing. I'm stumped. I'd really like to be able to save game saves to my Dropbox, but something isn't going right--and I can't figure out what, if anything, I've done wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Shersey

Hello there,
As many of you helped me a lot in the past, I gladly present you FruitPot 2 beta test. The finished game should be on the iOS App Store in the next few weeks, but now you can test it beforehand and help me again.
FruitPot 2 is the new version of the loved fruit machine FruitPot, with similar gameplay and already with 15 mini-games that you’ll unlock by buying the items from the stores of the mall. The theme of the game is the 80’s, with corresponding graphics, items, songs, etc.

Good news! We have finally managed to get FruitPot back to the AppStore. You can download it and play it as it always should have been. New gamers are welcomed too, of course.
You should be also able to recover your saved games in the title button and iCloud saved games (attention, sometimes there is at the first try a notice asking for delete or wait, select wait and try later). The game is as it was 2.5 years ago, with small changes to adapt it to 2021. I hope you all enjoy it.

Hi all,

So I've been playing Fruitpot for a long time now, even after it was discontinued. I unlocked the experimental games, (Westopia, Well of Wishes, Super Fruit Machine etc.), and I have been playing them happily for a week or two, when they suddenly disappeared. I could only see the 3 Heroes games at the bottom of the Shops list.

Does anyone have a clue on why these games disappeared and how to get them back? (I know this game is not in the app store now, so the support will be limited.)

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Maddy

I was looking at the ap updates, when I noticed a new version of fruitpot.

Just to be clear this isn't fruitpot 2, which is apparently a new game, but the original which I've had on my phone for quite some time and played fine.

I downloaded the update, but then hit "open", by mistake.
Now I cannot close the game at all!

hitting the home button does nothing, it doesn't go to the home screen, nor can I get the ap switcher to work.

Hello all,

So a long time ago, there was a game named FruitPot. It was a fully accessible slot machine game and I remember playing it lots of times. Apparently, according to an AudioGames.net topic, FruitPot is back in the App Store.

Here is the information taken directly from the post:

Hi to all my fellow gamers. Some of you may, or may not have herd of a site called funformobile. There are 5 accessible text-based games that you can play online with friends and strangers. Let's start with Fan club. This game requires a picture in order to have access to the full game. It doesn't have to be a picture of yourself, just anything you like and consider beautiful. The goal is to vote, flirt, send gifts and become other people's fan while trying to get them to do the same to you. Secondly there is Fun bar.

Hello dear friends.

We have some news to share, but unfortunately this time they are bad for us, and specially very sad for me. I don't know if it is normal to open it like that, but I know some of you liked the project, so I wanted to open this thing a little bit.

We have decided to stop the production of GoldGun for an undefined period of time. The reasons are several, and when all of them get combined, it is difficult to keep the boat floating. I summarize some of the reasons:
