greetings all. i have issues connecting my iPods itunes remote to my library on pc. I have rebooted laptop, uninstalled the remote app, reinstalled the app, turned off and on home sharing on both things, and after doing all the basic troubleshooting steps i can't connect to library. Recently i had a gateway update and the software for my nvg 510 got changed from moterola to arris. i have no clue if that ws the cause of issue. If anyone else has remote issues connecting to an itunes library how did you fix it?

I don't use Whatsapp hardly at all but I just tried to create a group under Chats and found it's impossible to add someone. I did a search in contacts and the person I needed came up. Double-tapping on the name should add them to the group but nothing happens. A tap and hold does nothing either. Is this a recent bug and has anyone found a work-around. I haven't reported it until someone confirms it is a bug.

Before I go on, I'm a braille user. Anyway, I'm having an issue with Reminders' create a new list feature.
The issue is that I can't activate the text field to name a new list. This prevents me from creating new lists. The text field will not response to my braille device's double-tap command, and I also double-tapped on the screen in attempt to activate the text fieled a number of times to no avail.
Any of you have a suggestion to get around this issue? Or is it an ongoing bug?

When I double-tap the My Account button in the App Store, I can access everything related to my account, from purchases to reviews, but I can't edit or delete my comments by using VoiceOver.

Hey guys, How's it going? Well, I noticed that you can no longer download Files on iOS 14. I tried to download a file just the other day and it kept taking me to the audio playback screen instead of asking me if I wanted to download it. Is there a workaround for that?

When in a mail message, I don't see the delete button like I used to on my old phone so I'm having to back out of the thread and swipe down to delete. I remember a while back I was able to configure the mail app so that the delete button would appear at the bottom of the screen but I can't remember how to do this. I have an iPhone 14 pro running iOS 16.1. Thanks.

Hello. I have been looking for the Music settings on my iPhone running iOS 18.2.1. I thought that I had the default music app somewhere, but I can't find it. I'm wanting to make some adjustments to the sound, and things, like Sound Check, are only listed in the Music settings. I have done multiple scrolling through all apps on my phone with no success. The spot in the apps list where it is supposed to be, after Messages and before a family contac starting with N next.

Has anyone figured out how to follow a link that is included in a text message? If I double tap the message, it simply reads the message, along with the link. If I rotor to links, flick down to the link, and double-tap, it just reads the link. If I rotor to actions and flick up and down, there is no action to follow the link. I'm stumped! I'm on iOS 15.2.1.

Hello everybody, I am having a little trouble trying to get Alex back on my iPad Pro. I am a little skittish about resetting my device because I do not have the money to pay for the iCloud subscription. I have tried restarting, changing the voices of both VoiceOver and spoken content but now, I can't get Alex back on either the voiceover or the spoken content voices. My iPad is a six generation iPad Pro with the capacity of 32 gigs. When I select it, it doesn't do anything no matter what gesture I try. it doesn't even show up as a button.

Hi all,
As stated in the subject, I can't really get Handoff to work between Mac (updated to the latest Mac Os X version) and iOS. I've tried logging out from iCloud with both devices and logging in again, resetting network settings, even resetting the PRam but nothing really worked.
Any suggestions?

Beware. I just updated to the latest version of YouTube and once you open up a video, there appears to be no way to get out of the playback screen. Previously there was a minimize video option near the top of the screen but it seems to be gone now.

Under voiceover settings under verbosity and punctuation you are able to customize specifically which punctuation is spoken allowed. I have created a new group and based off of the all setting. I have selected ignore to six instances of punctuation I wish not to be spoken allowed. Each one of these individual punctuation marks I have opted to not have spoken allowed are not. So it works correctly. When I make the exact same adjustment to the apostrophe punctuation mark it does not work.

On my previous phone, the 2020 iPhone SE, I could softly double tap the home button and bring the top half of the screen down and within reach of my thumb, something I found myself using often. Per Apple's instructions, for phones with face ID it says to swipe down near the bottom of the screen to use reachability but I cannot get this to work. I've confirmed reachability is enabled in touch settings. I also tried with VO off because I have enough vision to see if the upper half of the display is black hence the feature working, but still no luck.

I decided to put this here as this also has to do with iOs.
I copy text from my mac and sometimes I can get the universal clipboard to work but other times I cannot. My phone and computer are on the same iCloud account so this in there should work. Is there a trick to getting this to work or is it is kind of thing I'm doing wrong?

I tried getting into Facebook today for the first time since upgrading my iphone in September. I found it impossible to enter my password. Firstly, the password text field won't show up without screen recognition. But even after turning on screen recognition and bringing VO focus to the field, typing my password with my BT keyboard had no effect, as if I was typing into a black hole.
How is it possible for such a long-standing app to decide that the old accessible password field that has worked for years suddenly needs to be replaced with a new inaccessible password field?

Hey. Has anyone have issues logging into Skype and other apps? For example, I enter my email address. It says, that the email address doesn't exist. I knew that I created the account! I am able to sign into the website with my computer. Also, I can't sign into the Outlook app! This is really important because I run a blog called
Blindness Awareness and More, and I don't want people to think that I am ignoring them. I am also using a Braille Display to sign in. Do you have an workarounds for this issue? Thanks.

Hello. I have a problem Merging FaceTime calls. Firsth, I am in a FaceTime audio call. I double-tap on the Add Call button. I double-tapped on another contact to join the call. I waited and I double-tapped on the Merge calls button. It didn't work. I am using iOs8.4 with a iPad Mini.
