Does any one know when you go in to the sound core app what are the notafacations used for?

I'm using sync.com and am really not a fan of the app,, there player is basically broken and crashes way to much.

I've tried VLC but it can't scrub properly.

Does anyone know of any good free media players that work with voiceover? I just want a basic, play pause, forward backward media player.

Hi All,
I need to create a timeline for a project and wonder if anyone has come across such an app that is accessible with VO?
I have done an internet search and there appears to be five timeline apps, none for the IPhone but all operate on the Ipad. However, I cannot see any that specifically say they are accessible with VoiceOver.

Hi. I was looking for an alarm clock that will stop playing the alarm after a few seconds so you don't have to move to turn it off. I was really happy because I found one, but it doesn't actually work with IOS 11. Does anyone know of an app like this?

Hi All,
Does anyone know what happened to Facebook and or Apple making it possible to read text within photos? It seemed to be a big thing about 18 months ago and it was introduced in I think iOS 11 or early 12. Whilst not perfect it worked ok. Then, Apple seemed to withdraw it and as far as I know nothing is happening. FB said they were working on it as well so I'm confused why Apple removed this even if it wasn't perfect and neither them nor FB as far as I can find in Google are bringing it back. Don't suppose anyone has heard different.

Hi,

I might be crazy, but I remember a supposed app a couple of years ago that used relative GPS so it could track your location even if you didn't get the best satellite coverage or there was nothing around you. You could plan a route based on landmarks in the environment around you instead of actual points of interest, so you could place a marker at the door of a building, for example. I think it was called breadcrumbs. I don't think it ever got released, but remember extensive documentation on it.

Does any one stil use ootunes to listen to radio stations?

Post Date:

hi all
as per the title, I go away from, and come back to alex time and time again, as it is the best at inflections, and just in general, even when speeded up, the performance is outstanding. I have not found another voice to rival it whatsoever
However, I do wish we had a female equivalent, as sometimes I would like to change to a female voice. Does anyone else feel similar?

Subject line says it all: I would like to know if anyone uses their thumbs to type on a phone or iPad. If so, can you give me some tips and suggestions? When I used to use the on-screen keyboard instead of the on-screen braille keyboard, I used my pointer finger and that just seems inefficient...

Hi all. I posted before, but this seemed to have gotten lost in the suffle. Does anyone use this app? I can check into a program, however I can't out of that, and go back into the main window. does anyone know how to do this? i have used the scrub gesture, I've turned off Voice over, tapped the button and turned it on, I've even held down the back button, until it did the tritone, released. I've also tried to see if swiping up with the button worked. Nothing. Would someone please help? I'm geting rid of the app if no one can help me resolve this issue that i've had for awhile.

Hi,
I’m looking for a good Twitter client that works on iOS, iPadOS, the Mac, and Apple Watch.
I recently ran across an app called tweetings. There is also a forum post that asks a question about the Mac version of this app.

Hi all, I'm a non-VoiceOver user and developer wondering - does anyone use VoiceOver hints?

My understanding is there's no way to access them unless you add a gesture. I'd be happier to include a few more, and recommend doing so to my colleagues, if I knew people actually set up a gesture for them, but for all I know right now this could be used by everyone, or used by no-one. Stats or anything or just your own first-hand experience of them would be appreciated.

Does anything stop working when I turn off background app refresh? I want that on because it saves the battery a little.

Good Sunday to everyone. I am considering purchasing the IPhone SE, but I have one question. Will this phone work with Apple Pay? Thanks in advance for your response, and have a good day. Dennis Hoffmann

Hi,
A handful of podcasts I listen to support chapters, however, I’m curious to know if Apple podcasts itself supports this feature?

Post Date:

I'm not a huge podcast listener, even though i'm subscribed to quite a few and it's because of the lack of continuous play even when I turn it on in overcast.

I've tried downcasts version and that doesn't seam to work either.

If it works for others can someone run me through setting it up step by step?
