Hello all! I'm asking for you kind help again! I honestly googled, but found nothing useful... So, my issue is - I've been sent a file via skype, on Iphone, I can listen to this file directly in a chat window, in a chat with the sender. But what should I do and where should i go to open this file in some folder? where is this file stored? I even installed some file manager, opened "My IPhone" directory, but it's empty! However, I had received a few files more, earlier, also via skype. Maybe I need another file manager...

Edit: Guys, I know how to find the option to forward a message. The problem is that there is no send button in the popup. The only send button is the regular one in the bottom right, and that does nothing.

Hello apple vis people. I'm in panic mode. Here's why.
I have someone with an ipad that they some how got in to assistive touch. I don't know how to get it out as all i see in the middle of the screen with voice over on is the assistive touch menu. And no settings thing to speak of. How in the heck do i get it out and prevent this person from ever getting back in to assistive touch with out a lot of effort? They need to get back to work on their ipad and they are at least 14 hours behind. I googled but nothing they suggested was on the screen so that did not help.

The iPhone since the update has been policing my passwords. So for instance, even when I’ve saved a password to use on a particular app or website, when I go to use that web or apps website or app, the iPhone acts like I have the incorrect password. But when I look at my saved passwords, the password is correct but it’s dimmed. God please help. I’m desperate. I can’t create a strong password every time I need to use a website or an app and I don’t work for the bloody FBI so it’s not like anything I do is going to net anyone any money or power.

Hello all,
I have an old 4s that is in brilliant condition and I want to sell it back to the UK 02 mobile provider. However, in the instructions to send it back, they require the phone to be set back to factory settings. My problem is that I lent the phone to a friend who changed the Apple password and he cannot remember it. I cannot find a way to get the phone back to factory settings without the password so I cannot send it back. Does anyone know how I can get the phone back to factory settings without knowing the Apple password?

I used to have an iPhone 5S But I recently traded in my phone for a 6S Plus. The Thing I have been struggling with since the holidays is how do I get my old apps on to my new phone. I hope that someone could help me with this problem. Thank you all very much.

I've been mucking about with an android device and one thing I really like is that I can have a brail keyboard as my default input, IE, I don't need to switch each time. It's a really solid input method, more so than BSI on IOS, possibly because it doesn't conflict with rotor actions.

I use Skype on my laptop and have recently downloaded it to iphone 5. I cannot get push notifications when someone sends me a message if I am signed out of Skype and I have closed it with app switcher; however, I do get notifications if I am signed in.
From looking at Google posts, it would seem that I should be able to get these notifications, when I'm signed out and Skype is closed. People there are complaining that they can't turn them off.

normally, the stock music app on iOS will stop after song a for about 5 seconds before playing song b. Is there a way to make the music app not stop after each song and if not, is there an app that can play songs without stopping? Also, how do I use Crossfading? Thank you.

I recently purchased an Apple book on the Books app. I tried reading it with voiceover in the app and it wanted to read the book to me in German. The book is in English. I went to accessibility and voiceover and speech and turned the setting for detective languages to off and it still wants to switch to German whenever I read this book. The interesting thing is it reads the table of contents in English and it reads the cover information. It reads the text in German.
