I think this is my first time making a post here on Apple Vis.
Anyway, I need help figuring out how to edit the duration of a photo clip that I want to use for a video I'm trying to make with IMovie on my IPhone.
So far I haven't been able to figure out how to do it on my own and I haven't gotten any luck by asking for help in other places such as the IPhone for the Blind group on Facebook or on VoRail.
I restarted my phone and I got an alert saying that your carrier may charge for facetime and I message activation. I dismissed it because a few times that has happened to me and I had to go and activate the facetime and I message manually. anyway, this time when I was trying to turn it on it says waiting for activation. some time after it said an error occurred during activation, try again. and when I tapped continue same thing. I tried everything possible from a hard reset to resetting network settings. finally I backed up my phone and erased everything and did a fresh reinstall.
Hello. I just installed google news and I like the app. However I am not getting any notification. I did said yes to getting notification, the setting of number of notification is on high. Also I check setting, notification and it is on for google and on the app. I reinstalled the app again and again made sure notification is on. Any help with this will be nice. I do not know what to do. I used apple news but I deleted it. Got tire of it. I like google news but no notification is not good. Help, help, help. Bella thecat said that she would like someone to help. Meow, meow and meow.
I have the Hulu app and run Hulu Tv but for the life of me I can't figure out how to favorite a channel, or for that matter how to unfavorite one. I have a bunch of favorites and have no idea how they got there, and am missing channels I would like to favorite. If someone could help with this cleanup process I would be eternally grateful, well grateful for a long time. Thanks.
Oh I'm running an IPhone SE 3rd gen, and IOS 15 point something. Still haven't taken the plunge to 16 yet but the time is coming.

I have gotten decent with audio editing on the iPad pro using Hokusai. I produce radio programs, and other radio related audio, such as station ids, sweepers, etc. One of the programs that I produce is for a lady from Puerto Rico who sends me her audio via whatsapp. It’s a spoken word program only, so I take her audio, throw on a program intro, outro, and some background music, and done. Pretty easy stuff.
I added a photo to Instagram and got to the place where it asked about adding a caption; I double-tapped and was able to type, but VO did not read letters as I typed or deleted them and also did not read words. When I finished the caption, VO read nothing except an "OK" button. It seems that the app is the one and only way to use Instagram, and surely someone out there is making this work. Please advise. Thanks for any assistance.
Greetings. Posting a couple of questions for my wife who is blind and has motor disabilities which force her to rely on voice over and Siri to navigate and use her iPhone SE. 2 issues: First is that previously she was able to use Siri to delete reminders. This no longer works. She can add and listen to reminders, but not delete them. She has tried "delete", "cancel" and "remove" as the triggers, all to no avail. Second issue is having emails read to her via Siri and Voice Over. This would previously work, but now does not.

I recently switched to a desktop PC, and I'm using NVDA Remote and Jump Desktop to control from my phone.
I'm able to connect through NVDA Remote and Jump Desktop no problem, but I don't have an insert key.
Pressing insert on the numpad always sends a 0 even if number lock is off, and the insert on my 6 pack in the middle of the board is treated like it doesn't exist.
I've tried changing my NVDA key to Caps Lock, but iOS intercepts it.

Hey y'all. I'm trying to find an app that's relatively easy to use and will allow me to stream audio and video over the Internet and share links to the stream via Facebook, twitter, etc. I realize this has been brought up before, but I couldn't find any answer so I thought I would revive the topic. Hope that's okay. I've tried Livestream and Ustream but I couldn't get them to work properly. Any help you can give is sincerely appreciated. Thanks! :-)
Hi, all Whenever I go to my iOS mail to check mail, it always ends in the inbox. Before I close the app, I make sure that I get out from inbox to avoid the same problem. In the past this was never an issue. Help please.
Hi there everyone. I called apple accessibility a few nights ago because for the last year or so I haven’t been getting my email notifications. They gave me some real easy-to-follow instructions to get it going again. I followed them to the letter, and as a result, I finally fixed the problem. As expected, I now have the issue fixed. However, in fixing the issue, I’m now presented with another problem. I’ve got the notifications, but they’re on the Lock Screen as well as on the actual email screen.
I have an iPhone 6 and am trying to use MS Word with a bluetooth keyboard.
Any suggestions for working with Word this way?
Specifically I have trouble easily getting into the edit field for a document. I see many buttons and ribbon items, but no place to start entering text.
I did click the "Mobile View" button, but that didn't help.
Recently I’ve been trying out the multitasking features on my new iPad, and am really enjoying them. I’ve mastered multitasking with the doc, but it says in settings you can also do this with apps on the home screen. Does anybody know how to do this with voiceover?
I am on the list where I ee all activities of my calender. I tap today at the bottom of the screen and nothing happens. I tap add and for some reason it keeps wanting to add an entry the 9 of April which is not now. Is there a way to fix this?
