Hi all. Recently been experiencing problems with my iPad and the app store. I can brows it fine, but whenevver I double tap on an app it goes to a completely different Papp. The same happens on the iTunes store for music and film. If I double tap on a spesific film or albuhm, it takes me to a totally different one I clicked on. iBooks seems to be ok, but cant download any app I want on the iPad at the moment.
Everything was fine up until a.few weeks ago. I have an iPod touch amd it works properly on that. I've checked the VoiceOver settings but everything seems fine.

Right after update to 11.0.0 (and all further updates up to 11.0.3) my iPhone SE experience became quite painful. I have two different symptoms:
Many apps are freezing for several seconds at random moments often.
In few days after iPhone restart I can't hear my callers (and vice versa), when I restart my phone the problem is fixed for next few days.
It's a 1 year old 64 GB iPhone SE MLM72RU/A which worked perfectly 1 month ago.

hi, i have got my new iPhone iPhone XS. i haveing some trabell with my screen, the screen dosn't responding to my commands. i try to flick down up right left and nuthing. i had restord my iPhone to backup that including my golls on my apple Watch, but now i can't success to enter too recovery mode. how can i do it as a blind persen i understand that it's litle complicated from previcely models. somebudy can assist me? thanks and very apreciated.

I'm using and iphone 6 plus and jusgt upgraded to software version 12. Before I upgraded, I'd b een having minor problems with the shortcuts not working. Now, shortcuts don't work most of the time. When I'm trying to issue the VO command with a key, sometimes Vo works when I use cmd and function; sometimes t works by using alt and function. I don't know this changes back and forth.

I've got all mail accounts set up. When an email comes in,I'm read the preview, hear the sound but when I go into all inboxes, no mail. It's here as I just used the Mac to delete them. What am I missing? Thanks. Not sure if the phone model mattered so that's why I put it in the subject line.

I am wondering if others have experienced problems with the messages app in iOS 14.1. For me the Messages app seems to be working in a very flakey manner with Voiceover. Here are some of the issues I've seen using iOS 14.1 on my iPhone XR:
- Sometimes Voiceover does not speak at all in the Messages app. When this happens I have to close the Messages app and re-open it again.

Hi, i'm having problems with my phone and family sharing.
A few months ago, I joined a friend's family sharing as she wanted to share some apps with me.
Once done, I left the family sharing but, recently, it keeps asking for her apple ID password which I never had.
I tried to reset my phone, erased all content and settings. The last iCloud back up it has is from 20th May.
I've even reinstalled my IOS to see if that'd make a difference but no joy.
If anyone has any help for this, it really would be appreciated.

An interesting problem that I cannot work out! I have two accessible apps that for no reason at all and without me doing anything (I believe) opened all of a sudden announcing with Voice Over 'screen recognition on'.
The first was the Borrow box app, earlier this year and yesterday, the Dolphin Easy Reader app.

Hi everyone. Sometimes BlindSquare's search screen is closing immediatelly after I open it. But the app is not crashing and just returning in main screen. I have to reload BlindSquare to force it to work normal. I use iOS 8.1.1 on iPhone 5S. Does someone observe this probllem? Thanks.

I have created plenty of shortcuts using Voiceover on my phone, but I am having a lot of difficulty using the Shortcuts app and editing shortcuts in iOS 16.
For example, many of my custom shortcuts have the "Show Alert" function.
When I try to edit the text to be displayed when the shortcut is run, a keyboard appears on the screen, but I cannot find any edit box in which I can use actions such as "Select" or "Select All".

I just got an i phone 4s a few months ago. When I'd try to use siri, it says it can't take any requests right now. I'm running i os 5.1.1 and am connected to the internet. What could be going on? When I power on and off the device, it works fine, but siri just quit again recently. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

For the past few hours, I've been having major issues with Siri. She's pretty much unresponsive, whether I'm trying to use the Dictation button in a text message or interact with her in general. I've disabled Siri, powered down the phone, then restarted Siri; she worked once and then stopped again. I also followed a tip online saying to put the phone on Airplane Mode, restart it, and then turn off Airplane. That didn't work either. Every so often, she'll respond, but more often she won't. Anyone else having Siri issues at the moment?

Greetings All, Sorry About the Topic nane, but I couldn't think of anything to title it better. I have a question to all of my fellow iPhone 4s users. I have noticed lately when I am dictating something to Siri in an app for a search, that Siri wants to type in more than I have said. For example, say I was in the App store and I press the dictate button and say Downcast, at the end of it it will put downcast.com or downcast Name or downcast dot. I have gotten a few other things, and this problem seems to be happening with more frequency now. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am using an iPhone 6: (I know: some of you think I'm in the dark ages, lol.) When I use Zoom, the sound quality changes; it sounds like I'm hearing things over the phone. If I use the option to activate the speaker, it gets a bit louder, but I still need to stay really close to the phone to hear. The volume is set to 100 per cent. I don't think I had this problem when I first started using Zoom. Things are generally fine when I do other sound related things like reading books from BARD. t
Any help would be most appreciated.

hi everyone. for word processing and writing I use the pages app which has done everthing I need it to,until now. since updating to the latest version the feature to auto correct spelling using a bluetooth keyboard is gone. you used to be able to do it, and I can do it in every other app just fine. it works on the touchscreen keyboard but doesn't with a bluetooth one...
has anyone else found this and is there a work around?

Hello all,iwould like to report a problem with the app spotify. It no longer works as far as logging into either your main account that u have created. Or the facebook. When u try to do either one, the app crashed, or the app breaks. Before the accessibility worked. For those of us that r blind users of apple, an that use spotify, witch I'm sure is a lot of us. The loggin feature was accessable. Now it'snot. An we would love to have this fixed. To where we could all use spotify again. It is a grae app. An a lot of us love it.
