Good afternoon everyone, after following some iphone and ipad lessons at Bartimeus, the rehabilitation center I am currently working with, I have some questions about certain aspects of the ipad that my teacher cannot find the answer for.

1. The rotor: There are some options in the rotor settings that you can turn on or off. We don't know what some of them do. Can anyone explain the following? Links in page. Containers. Static text. Zoom. And one that I can't translate out of my head. Zelfde onderdeel. It kind of translates to same section in English.

I am trying to help a friend and I haven’t run into this issue. iPhone 7 with IOS 11.2.

When opening an app or selecting an app from app switcher, we get prompted for the iTunes password. It does this randomly and not all the time. I thought there might be an issue with the OS so I performed a factory reinstall and set up the device as new, not restore. But same issue. When opening or selecting an app, we randomly get prompted for the iTunes password. He also has an iPad with the same Apple ID but he does not get prompted for the iTunes password.

With so many new voices to choose from, which ones would you say are the most responsive? With the introduction of eloquence and the novelty voices I am curious what everyone thinks which voices are better than others? There are some in the list that I did not feel should be even an option because they are terrible sounding. Your Thoughts I greatly appreciate it.

I don't know if anyone knew or not but rapid ring as of today 7/27 is no longer being supported. Apparently you still can use it until further notice but no further updates will be made. My thoughts? This is going to take away some accessibility when answering the door. On the regular ring app in my oppinion it's hard to answer the door since they no longer have a classic layout where it just had accept call speaker and hang up. Rapid ring still has this layout.
You would think since amazon aquired ring that the regular ring app would be more accessible than it is.

I have Apple Intelligence turned off because it drains a lot of my battery now. But can I use App Store Review summaries without Apple Intelligence?

Hi is there a way to make it so you don't have to see the prompt "rate this app" in some apps? I really don't want to rate apps. I just want to use them and it would be nice to not have that message come up.

I understand how to move apps on my home screen, but I find it hard to get the disposition I wish.
My home screen still has one line of empty space, so there is room to move the apps around, that is in theory. But as iOS doesn't allow halls on screen, how does one make space for an app?
The three choices we currently have is before, after, or make a folder with the app in the new location. There doesn't seam to be a way to just swap location between two apps.

Several weeks ago i installed the Re-Vision Fitness app on my iPhone. I proceeded to register a new account. This process has some accessibility issues.

I filled out everything and completed the registration. But, after several weeks, might even be months, I have not received any response with an activation link or any response regarding an account being created. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

hi all,i have 2 questions on the xr please, as i am obtaining one this week.firstly, with reachability, if i enable it, does that mean by swiping up, then down from the bottom i don't have go right to the top of the screen to enable access to notifications? also, can i switch to apps with the equivalent of the lift and right gesture that sighted people use, to do the equivalent of the command tab alternative, or do i have to bring up the app switcher? thanks, Will B

hi all, how do i when i have reachability turned on on my iphone xr pull the top of the screen down? it says swipe from the bottom of the screen but that doesn't work. so how do we pull it down.

So I always had a gesture since this is possible to go to the status bar on my iphone xs and now 14. It can be very useful sometimes.

Has anyone else noticed that actions seem to be broken in Facebook on the iPad? On the same app for iPhone, they work just fine. But, when I try to react to, comment on, or share something, using either two finger double tap, or actions menu from the rotor, after I choose what I want to do, double tap to activate said option, instead of carrying out that action, the app just crashes. Ipad pro with m2 chip, latest iPad OS.
Is this happening to anyone else?

I use Google maps to see public transport where I live. What I understand is displayed with different colors on the bus etc is on time or late. Is there
any way of using VoiceOver reading of these colors?

In the FaceBook app, on FaceBook Marketplace, under the description of the item, it shows some of the description and there is a "read more" button that can be used to show the rest of the description. That "read more" button used to be treated as a separate element by Voice over and you could swipe right from the partial description, to the "read more" button, and double tap it, to get the rest of the description. Now, the description and the "read more" button are treated as one element and double tapping does nothing.
