I have an iPhone 7. Pressing the home button three times does not turn on voice over. When I am somewhere with no connection siri doesn't work. It is impossible to go through settings without voice over. Is there some other quick way to turn it on??
Thanks

I have never before tried reading books with Voice Dream Reader until now. But, now, I am planning to do so in Braille for the Braille Readers Are Leaders challenge in the Adult Novice category.

So, I’m preparing by getting a look at the iOS app and I cannot even figure out how to turn from one page to another.

Can anyone help me with this and other beginner things I need to know about Voice Dream Reader and reading in Braille for the challenge? Is the Getting Started Guide available outside of Voice Dream Reader so I can, for example, read it on a website?

Hello there,

So far I have only used touch ID phones. While playing around with an iPhone 12, I noticed an issue while turning Voiceover off and on with triple click side button. While VO does get turned on, the device also switches to power off mode, giving me the options to power off, medical ID etc. What ads to the trouble is that, after I hit cancel, the phone asks for passcode. So if one has to turn off VO and on at the middle of something, this proves really annoying. Somehow the triple click is being interpreted as a power off command?

Hi everyone, So I have been trying to sort out an extreamly annoying situation with I message.

So basically I am trying to make it where the text messages that I sent to one user are normla texts, and the rest of my messages to other users are i messages. I'll explain why I'm trying to do this.

So I want to be able to text my wife using the verizon wbsite on my windows computer. I can't do this if I message is working because I message will bipass the verizon tex network.

Amazon has shipped my new fifth generation iPod Touch. Since this is the first Apple anything I have ever owned, how do I get started? Are there detailed tutorials on how to set up the new Touch? If not, would anyone be willing to tutor me?

Hi I would like to connect my phone to my TV the problem is it does not have Bluetooth or even internet. I would like to be able to use Net Flics from my phone and play it on my TV. The TV does have a USB port and a HDMI port. Would it be possible to connect my phone with wires, or by getting a Bluetooth adapter for the TV? Any help would be great thanks.

It woulde be nice if they made all apps related to tv the same way, cnn is the best example. Any thaughts?

"Tv English Premium" is an application that lets you watch English language TV channels.

This application works from any country in the world.

All TV channels are live.

"Tv English Premium" is the iPhone/iPad application that offers the best English language channels in the AppStore.

This is a universal application, which means that you can run it on your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch.

Here is a full list of TV channels:

Hi. I just updated versions for my TV guide mobile app. This version from what I can tell so far, I'm not liking. The lay-out seems pretty simple, but when ever I put in a show for it to search, it always tells me no results; even for a show that I'm sure should be there. I've tried going in to the APP switcher and closing the APP. I've even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the APP. Still nothing. None of my shows are showing up when I search for them. It lets me search for channels though. So that's good, but my shows are non-exsistant, according to the mobile APP.

So I'm looking at purchasing a tv plan from either direct tv or dish. Which one, from an accessibility standpoint should I get? I would like to have a way to schedule recordings on some DVR receivers, weather from the web or an app, the ability to view tv guide from web or guide, etcetera. I know direct tv's app is supposed to be good, but have no real experience. Since some of you no doubt have TV in the US, can you spill the secret on how you manage it? Can you schedule, view, and delete recordings on DVR? reliably browse the tv guide? Thanks in advance, Tj

Hey, guys.

Is there an app where you can get your full TV line-up streamed live on your smartphone?

I myself am a DISH subscriber and, as I understand it, DISH does have a (questionably accessible) app where you can get on-demand programs, but I don't think there's a way to get all of your TV live on it.

Please let me know.

Hi Folks

this is my first time doing this so hopefully I don't step on anyones toes or upset anyone!!

I have, much like others on here downloaded, payed for and used both incarnations of the TV planner remote. for some reason, each time I open it now, I get the message that it can't connect to my sky box, rendering the app useless. well, it does tell me what is on and what is coming later but all other functionality has gone.

Has anybody successfully used the TV remote app from xfinity? When I going to my recordings under DVR manager, there's no wait to watch them. Help? TV remote app question

Hello there,

Now iOS 10.1.2 is out and the TV app with it, I wanted to ask if you know of any similar app since it is only available in the US. I'm looking for something to add movies and tv shows to a list, and mark them as watched as I do it. I tried Next Episode, but there are some accessibility issues, I wrote the devs about them.

Do you know of any?

Thanks

Hello apple vis,
I'll be going out of town on Friday. Since I listen to TV at night, I want a tv app that meets these requirements.
1. I won't have access to wifi and my cell data is limited. I want to download content in advance.
2. I want autoplay functionality. Wish apple's TV app still had this. it would be the best choice. I want show episodes to play automatically since I will be falling asleep.
3. The app or service doesn't have to be free, just don't want to pay an outrageous price.
4. Most of all, voice over accessible.

I've made some tweaks to the notifications tonight / today.

Frost

Our algorithm has been tweaked, so hopefully more accurate

Rain

You should get notifications about rain possibility in addition to the others

Snow and Sleet

You should get notifications about sleet / snow possibility in addition to the others

I'm hoping the changes wont lead to over warning and would love to hear your feedback, positive or otherwise on the changes please.
