Good day. GPS has changed over the years and the venerable nearby explorer that we all enjoyed is no longer available. So, What's the best and what are you using to get around?
I've tried lazarillo and blind square and find them helpful. I did not like Good maps or good maps explore and can't even find it on the app store any more.
Is there anything with onboard maps any more and what do you feel provides the most accurate results?

Hello there,
After updating to ios 10.2 recently, i noticed that voiceover no longer reads my email previews.
I have set the email to five previeew lines and have hints turned on.
So my question is,
1 is this an ios 10 bug or is this my device issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

What the heck happened to the FB app after the latest update. Has it been rendered totally inaccessible now? I'm interested to hear your thoughts. I cannot even read my newsfeed anylonger, or I don't know how to with this latest update...one of the two. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. -Andrew-

some time ago we discussed about this topic, and someone said that with Yos 13, it will become possible tu use Icloud as, For examele, Dropbox, and so, to be able to shcare with other icloud users folders. AS I didn't listen anything about this matter, after updates to Yos 13 and 13.1, I would like to know if sometihg has changed or not. IN adition, I would like to ask whenn would be launched the new Mac cAtalina.

Hey everyone,
Just upgraded to iOS 18 on iPhone 11. Wanted to try out the new personal voice on VoiceOver. Went to settings and accessibility, personal voice is not there.
Anybody else experiencing this issue? Is it even an issue? Is it just not supported on iPhone 11 Anymore. Because I swear it was available in iOS 17?

Hi all. The subject line asks the question, because before the latest update, when a facebook comment from someone on my list came in, it showed up on the notification list. Now, when I get comments, Idon't see them unless Igo into the ap which can be kind of annoying. If this has been answered in that large facebook forum, I'ms orry I hadn't read that yet. Hello friends, I hope you are all well.
If I'm not mistaken, since iOS 13 we have the possibility to have some suggestions for more frequent contacts on the sharing sheet. This way, when we share something and leave these suggestions activated, at the top of the screen some contacts appear with whom we talk more, which makes our lives easier.
However, I realized that, since iOS 15, these suggestions are very limited. Until iOS 14, I had more than five suggestions, but now, it only appears in one or two.

I use my iPad to get on facebook a lot.
I used to be able to have multiple accounts on it and easily switch between them with out having to log in and out.
I was able to switch accounts last week.
That option disappeared not to long ago I guess.
I can no longer do that anymore.
I tried logging out and back in again.
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the facebook app and no luck getting the option to work.
Does anyone know what happened to that option or is it a bug?

Does anyone know what happened to the vizLens app? I was really hoping to get it so I could use my microwave independently. Vizlens is, or was, an app where you take a picture of an inaccessible appliance's control panel. then sighted people label it. and then when you use it next time, you load this app and it uses AI to track your finger as you use the appliance, reading what your finger is touching on the inaccessible appliance control panel such as an unlabeled control panel for a microwave.

Hi. So I opened the YouTube app a few minutes ago, and suddenly, they changed the layout of the YouTube app. And, worst of all, it is not accessible. There is unlabeled buttons. I never gotten a update from the app store for YouTube. This app is used for my entertainment and to watch videos. Now, it is a app that needs a lot of accessibility improvements. What is going on with this YouTube app?
What happens when you hold down the home button, and press the volume button with Voice over active?

Hello everyone. I've noticed something strange, I tried to be as descriptive in the subject line as posible. Here's my question. If you have IOS 7.1.1 hold down the home button, and with it down, press a volume button with Voice over on. You'll hear a beep, nothing seems to hapen but this behavior happens whether or not you press Up or down. My question is simple, What is that and why is that happening? If anyoen ahs any idea please let me know.

The iOS version 13 was so buggy that most of the problems were resolved in our use 13.3. Δεν for I promises not to upgrade αν τηλ am Σουρ Άγιος works great next time around πήρεοντ And as you can read it doesn’t work great because it mixes again English and Greek ha ha. I guess I have to contact Apple again.

I have an ipad mini 4 running ios. 10 & am looking for some app recommendations for an accessible weather app. I tried Read Me The Weather, but the app store says it's not available for the US. I also tried AccuWeather, Weatherbug & The reather Channel. I found weatherbug & accuweather to be inaccessible despite trying to find work-arounds.
I'm looking for an app that is accessible (I have no vision). If possible, I'd like to have the allergy forecasts, & health forecasts also.
I appreciate any help & recommendations!

So, I keep hearing about something in the iPad called 2x mode. What is that? I noticed in some of the apps that some of the features don't seem to be available as they are on the iPhone. For example, when I use Pandora on the iPhone, I can edit my stations and pick a new station to listen to from from a list of genres. On the iPad, these features seem to be nonexistent. Could this have something to do with the 2x mode thing? Maybe I need to find a different version of some of these apps that would work better on the iPad? Any help would be very much appreciated. I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for an app that will allow me to track buses in my area and give me updated times. NextBus does not work in my area or I would use this and transit just seems clunky and odd. So I was wondering if anyone had any other solutions.
