Is there any other function beyond the voice function for people who cannot see? Software including hardware that highlights the screen in, for example, Brail? It could also "display" pictures in the same way

I have an audio file containing music that has a tempo of about 138 BPM (beats per minute) but would like to modify its BPM and not its speed. Are there apps that do this?
I tried Tempo Slow Mo, but it was just so inaccessible to the point where it was just a decoration on the home screen.

Hi all. Are there any medication trackers that work well with voiceover? I’ve tried a couple, and haven’t had much luck with finding one that will allow me to add multiple medications and set reminders for them. The reminders would have to repat daily every couple of hours. Any help on this is appreciated.

I'm not a big fan of the built-in music app on my iPhone because of it's soft volume and lack of features. I'm thinking about getting an iPod Touch soon, and from what I hear, the built-in music app on the iPod Touch is the same as the one on the iPhone. Are there any other accessible music player apps for the iPhone and/or the iPod Touch?
