Hello,

Hi, I figured this would be because of the ios 7 update, but does anyone have any way to contact Web Stone Games? Every time I go to play Song Guru, it just crashes after selecting a genre. If anyone could either contact them or tell me how I can, that would be great.

Recently noticed a lot of my friends have started playing a game called song pop on Facebook, which is also an app in which you compete against friends to guess the tune in the fastest time which looked fun, so downloaded the ios app and was really disappointed to find it wasn't accessible at all. I somehow managed to launch a playlist but although I knew what the song was I couldn't select it as vo didn't ready he options out. I'm pretty good with music so could do pretty well if could access it. Would emailing devs be worth it?

Has anyone used the app/game called soul trapper? If so, please comment on its accessibility.

I'm just about to discover more and more games by Blindfold. Really cool stuff. I like very much the idea to try to adapt "normal" games and make them accessible. Great idea by the Blindfold makers.
The only thing I don't like are the used sounds in some games.
In Racer for example: It's really strange to follow a peace of classical music. I'd rather have the sound of a real car and a street.
In Pong it would be much cooler to hear a real Ping Pong ball instead of this very artificial sounds.

A new update of Space Wave Race has been released!
In this version you will find three new languages (so now you have French, Chinese, Italian, Spanish and English), new music, adjustments to the difficulty of levels, balanced explosion sounds, improving to the options menu navigation and, at the end, you will be able to share your score on Twitter!
Eventually, leaderboards and achievements have been added to the iOS version.

Hello, I love the Spell Stack game and it is even better now there is a leader board and daily challenge. However, has anyone any idea how the leader boards work and if the daily challenge does anything? Thanks in advance.

Anyone remember the game spellstack that use to be in the app store?
I know that game can’t come back but that game was really fun

All of the Spoken Games apps and no doubt many other apps are experiencing problems if they use speech synthesis. Apple's recent update has caused the speech synthesis and a few other items to malfunction. I am correcting the problem and developing workarounds for each app. I will release updates soon that should correct the problems.

If you experience any problems with apps that previously worked please notify the developer. Thanks and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Send feedback to me on the spokengames.com website.

Spoken games now has three free audiogames available in the AppStore. Spoken Slots Free, Catch52 Free, and Spoken21 Free. They do not need VoiceOver or the internet to play and enjoy. I am a retired former programmer who decided to write games for the visually impaired. Please send suggestions and feedback and recommend the games to others.

The Spoken Slots and Catch52 paid apps both have game center and achievements. I am working on adding game center to the paid Spoken 21 app. Thanks so much for your help.

The Spoken Slots Paid app updatw is now available in the AppStore. Most updates come from Applevis community suggestions. Thanks to all.

An update has been submitted to Apple for approval. It will have button labels corrected, fewer blanks on the reels, New sounds, faster game play, the pay table is spoken in the instructions (upper right button), a single tap with two fingers anywhere on the screen will turn the background sound on/off, and a few other less obvious fixes. Please tell me what you think and pass on any suggestions. You are the ones responsible for these changes. Thank you for understanding concerning my wife's brothers passing.

Spoken WAR is an audible card game offering sound effects, leaderboard point scoring, military rank based on the number of wars won, quick game (half deck), and crazy sounds when there's a war. Spoken War uses a shuffling algorithm that attempts to prevent cat (tie) games. The game is accessible and can be enjoyed by both sight and visually impaired players.

A single screen tap will play the game and a double tap with one finger will say the current game statistics.

The Spoken War card game app was crashing when first issued in December. I have fixed the crash and resubmitted it to Apple. The new version is available for free in the AppStore now. Thanks to all who helped beta test this for me. I appreciate your comments directly to [email protected].

Thanks again for your help.

Hi everybody,
My dream, as far as gaming is concerned, is to have Football Manager accessible for blind users.
Waiting for that, I played Soccerboss and OSM but was wondering if there are other accessible alternative options that I haven’t yet tried.
I am also interested in other sports’ strategy game.
Any tip appreciated.
Thanks!

wondering if Star Trader Elite is Voice Over Accessible Before I buy it. Any Help on this would be appreciated. Thanks Dave

Hey guys,
So there was an update a year ago that seemed to make the app more accessible. The adjust sliders don't need to be double tap and held.

Hi everyone. I've bin wanting to start a project to make mainstream games accessible because I really think blind people would have fun playing some of them.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan as well, but their are not really any Star Wars games out their for the blind community to enjoy, except for a Lightbattles1, Clash of Lightsabers which is only for windows and has sound..

Hi there, I would like to know how to start playing Solara. I am completely lost and it seems like adifficult app to play. I know you are supposed to press on the quests button and then it tells you what to do but I don't know if I need to build shops first or how do you build up your food and get gold. Whatever I press just makes no sense to me and there must be some way to learn how to get points and move forward in the game. I hope someone patient and who has some experience about this can get back to me and explain just how to get started. Thanks so much!
