Hello everyone. I am writing for my friend who is not able to. She had a stroke two years ago and is hospital bed bound. We purchased an iPad for her to get her reconnected with friends and family but we are having a difficult time finding a case, and gooseneck (has to be over 36") that will hold the iPad. We are also trying to find a case that has some security since she's in a facility and not at home.
I know this is a forum for those with vision challenges but I am hoping to find some help anywhere. It is very difficult to find information on line.

greetings. I recently got my hands on a logitech k480 keyboard and am having an issue with keyboard shortcuts. I do not know how correctly they are activated and in what order. there are control and shift buttons on the keyboard, but I'm not sure if they function correctly. help me please resolve this issue.

I have a big jam box from Jawbone. I just bought it a few days ago and I want to connected to my computer to update it. I also connected to my iPhone and downloaded the app. Which by the way is not too accessible. Anyway does someone have to Updating the Software, How Sassapaw the Website Is, or Anything Else about Using the big jam box. How accessible is the website, and how accessible is the little updater that you have to download.

Before I got my Refreshabraille, I read people's complaints about the usb plug. I thought to myself, "Ah, it can't be that bad. I never have trouble plugging things in."
Well, it is that bad.
I'm using the cable I received with the unit. The end looks like my old android usb/power cable.

Hi,
I don't know what caused this to stop working for me. That doesn't matter, so I want to press function keys on my bluetooth keyboard and avoid using the FN key. Here is what I have tried.
I went into System references > Keyboard and I can see that the checkbox is checked that allows the function keys to work like I want, but I found out that this is not for my bluetooth keyboard. I checked this by trying both keyboard's function keys after turning the checkbox off.

I just received a new Mac Mini, which I'll be using without a monitor, but I'm thus far unable even to start VoiceOver. I've got an external keyboard plugged in, but when I hold down the Command key and hit F5, I get just that tap sound that lets me know something is wrong.
I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but can't figure it out. Help, please.

I am trying to type on a Bluetooth keybord on my ipod running ios 5 1 1 unfortunately the keybord types in some apps, but, does not type in others, it just gives me the voiceover error sound that you get when you are at the end of a page or screen. any help you could provide would be much apriceated. I don’t know what’s wrong with my charger and iPad battery, so now it’s asking me to unlock the iPad to use the usb device before I can charge up. It won’t let me charge up in any outlet but my mom’s in her room. I’m using the original lightning cable and brick charger. I have a iPad 6gin 2018 model with the latest version of iOS 15. Is it my iPad battery? The charger or something else? It started acting up a day’s ago. Is there anyway that I can fix this possible bug in settings? I don’t use any usb devices or my new NLS Braille eReader display.

I have several devices that has those beautiful lightswhen they charge but the thing is that I cannot see them which makes it so that I don't know when they are charging and many of them has colored lights on that I cannot see. Is there a way for me to know those beautiful little lights?

Hi all, I got an IPod touch, and I soon consider the new IPhone or new IPad. But now, as I will do more work on them in time, I would need a blootooth keyboard for typing. Now I guess the only keyboard wich can work is probibly only the apple wireless keyboard? Or are there others wich also could work? And does the apple wireless keyboard come with drivers? I mean, what if I want to use it also with my nokia? Or would I need to get a seprit keyboard for that, and if so, would I be able to rather find a keyboard wich then can both work on the nokias and the i devices?

Hi all, so I just updgrated my bose qc 35 to the newest version, which gives you the option of music sharing with other bose headphones. However, I encoutered a bug. When i'm listening to music, and am using vo, and I pause the music, the voiceover voice stops talking, even though I pause the music with the headphone's button. This issue is "verry annoying. Is there any way to downgrade to the previous softwhere the headphones had? Thanks for any help.

All, I have seen several folks post that they use bluetooth, slide out keyboards. I used to use the Boxwave Keyboard Buddy case until I lost my phone. I just bought two replacements from a different manufacturer on Ebay but have a strange question. The Boxwave keyboard automaticly hid the on screen keyboard when it was activated and took advantage of the autocapitalization and features like adding in a period when pressing the space bar twice. With this keyboard, the on screen keyboard doesn't disappear, no autocapitalization is possible, and the period feature doesn't work.

I have two Bluetooth keyboards that I use from time to time with my iPhone 5s running IOS 10.1.1 These are:
1. Mobile Bluetooth Keyboard for Nexus 7
and
2. Ultrathin keyboard folio m1 by Logitech.
I have used these two keyboards for over a year now with great comfort and accurate typing. This past week I have discovered that I can no longer type in any edit field on the iPhone without the characters being doubled even though I am carefully typing only one character at a time.

A student of mine uses a magic keyboard with his ipad pro 11 inch. The command key is not working on his keyboard. I have paired other devices, and they work fine. Does anyone know if there is a firmware for the keyboard? I see some issues with this keyboard from IOS 14, but he is up to date at 15.4.

I have an issue with my iPhone headset. My Headset Control buttons are not working. To pick up the incoming calls, increase/decrease volume, Pause/play music, I have to use my device. The control button located on the earplug wire, don't work.

Hi folks its Carlos again,
Have any of you had problems with iPhone 7 getting warm while charging.
I have mine in an otter box defender case and I noticed the first time I was charging it it got warm in the case.
I was also down loading a ICloud back and lots of emails at the same time.
Last night I was listen to Netflix and charged it and it also got warm.
Is this normal?
It might even be getting hoter but with the otter box defender case on it its hard to tell how much.
