Is there a way I can do an audio on the YouTube channel? What apps would I need to do this? How do I do that? Is there a way I can do an audio only YouTube channel? How do I go about doing this? What apps would I need? I am using voice over and a bio display and my iPhone. That's the only recording device I have.

A website I regularly visit has changed some things recently, and now when I try to double tap on the tick box to tick it, voice-over continues to say unticked, basically doesn’t work, where as before it did .
I’ve reached out to the owners of the website and they seem to be interested in solving the problem, however, i’m not really sure what causes voice-over to do this.
Does anyone else have any ideas?

Myself, I would like to see the triple tap and hold gesture which was introduced to describe images become more accurate, as it is often inconsistent in behaviour. Maybe it could also describe .jpg and .png files?
Another thing I’d like to see is better support on webpages which have embedded video content or images, as currently, these can cause voice-over to freeze up.
One other thing is more accurate dictation, I’m not sure if it’s just my accent but dictation doesn’t seem to get most of my words right, or misses out some words entirely.

Hello friends, I want to ask you something about charging my iPhone. When the voiceover on, and I charge my iPhone and it reach 100%, I did not unplug the charger for my iPhone for a while. Because VoiceOver said on the charging indicator that 100% battery powered charging . After 10 minutes or so, when I touch the indicator of the battery, it's said: 100% battery power on AC power. What is the difference between 100% charging and 100% on AC power? Thanks for your reply .

I hope one of the new IOs features turns out to be a better power button experience, as well as the riase to speak and listen features for audio iMessages gets improving. Let me know though about the power button. Thanks

It just me or I don’t know what’s happening. I can’t turn on Wi-Fi calling. Each time I try to turn on wi-fi calling, I got this message: To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact MetroPCS.
I contacted the customer service about eight times, they haven’t solve my problem. and They updated the Emergency address on their end. I was wondering just my phone or something is wrong.
I am using iPhone 7 with the latest update.
I hope someone in this form can provide me answers.

Are there any accessible apps out there, either designed with the blind in mind or just for average folks, that allow you to start tracking your steps and then to backtrack from where you started tracking your steps?

I would think something like this would be very useful, especially for us, and, in particular, for those of us who have difficulty with spatial orientation.

Hello! This might be an old bug, but I found it today. I've always wandered why the text message alert sound (and other notifications sounds) are so quiet. Yesterday I found that the sounds come much louder when VoiceOver is turned off. Then i continued investigating and found that the "change with buttons" toggle seems to be buggy. I keep it off, but still when I turn the volume up, the sound comes louder. Very strange and very irritating.

Hello, I'm having a very annoying and strange bug that whenever I change "context", such as changing from a text field to a button, or from the heading of settings to the list of settings, or from a setup screen to another, it says "Label element" before the item name. Example, "Label element, general, back button". I had this bug with an iPhone XR which I restored multiple times. I bought an iPhone 13 and I still have this problem, which started when I signed into iCloud. This problem started when by mistake I opened the Label element dialog box.

First of all, I do have some usable vision.

Are there any accessible "makeover" apps out there? Say, ones that can make you look older, younger, thinner, more well-rounded, can change your hair color, even skin color or ethnicity? I'm also looking for the ability to save pictures to your phone and/or desktop after the transofmration is complete so that they can be posted, say, as Facebook and/or Twitter profile pictures.

Hello, I bought the app "Mr Brown can moo !" because it's said by Eileen to be "fully accessible with voiceover". (here : http://www.applevis.com/ios-app-directory/books/mr-brown-can-moo-can-you-dr-seuss). All the elements of the first page of this child book look well labelled but i can't turn the page and go to page two. The swipe mouvement just seems ineffective when voiceover is ON. If anyone can help me about this i would really apreciate. Regards, Luc

Hi folks,
My phone keeps saying this usually when I wake it up. I think this started when I started using a Refreshabraille. Why? What can or should I do about this?

Thanks!

In the new dawn of our era, I believe we all have or will have to test for Covid-19 at some point. When you are blind, and do not live with a sighted family member or friend, this, may pose a challenge. I read about an accessible test that uses the smart phone, to provide test results. The testing solution uses a Bluetooth connection, to connect the testing annaliser hardware to the smartphone, and uses an app to walk you through instructions to complete the test. Please find more regarding the Ellume Covid-19 test by linking to this article below:
