Does anyone have experience using Microsoft Word for iOS? I installed it on my iPhone seven but can't figure out how to edit pre-existing document. I am using a Bluetooth keyboard it is not an Apple keyboard. I have trouble it seems that editing documents on the iPhone. The best way for me to edit them is to create them there. If anyone has any insight or I can point me in a direction for locating sources for editing pre-existing documents please let me know.

Hi everyone. Has anyone tried to take photos with the new Accessible camera in iOS 11? I’ve been hearing things about having guided access for Voiceover in the camera app. How does that work?

Hello. I recently purchased a video camera, and found out that it had an iOS application. I downloaded the iOS application, and as it sometimes happens, the application was not voiceover friendly. You may be wondering why I am using a video camera at all, when The iPhone has a very good camera in it already. I wanted more megapixels in my video camera, so this is why I purchased it. I was wondering if anybody knew of any video cameras which are blind friendly. Or, of any video camera applications that are voiceover friendly. If so, please let me know.

I would like to be able to establish a video chat between my iPhone and my Windows laptop, so that my wife could give me information about something in the yard, for example. The only way I can figure out to do this would be to set up two Facebook accounts so that I could use Facebook messenger between them. Is there any way to do this with one Facebook account? Is there any other program that would be better for this?
(I’d really like to be able to put it on the TV via Roku, but I’m pretty sure that’s not possible.)
Thanks.

Hi,
Anybody can tell me how can I select my track on iMovie? Suppose, I wanna select a specific part just in the middle. So how can I do it using voiceover? Thank you very much. And also please tell me how can I export this. Thank you again.

When I do the two finger double tap to dictate something into a text box, and tap again once finished, voice-over will tell me what text is now in the box. However, what voice-over says is offten inaccurate, for example, voice-over might tell me that a word has not been spelt right but when I go to check it, it’s fine.
This makes me think that voice-over is unable to keep up with dictation.
Any thoughts?

When in the native weather application I could previously hear the hour by hour forecast including temperatures. Now I get the forecast without that temperature being read. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

One thing I’ve noticed running the newest version of iOS 11 is that voice-over seems to be having more trouble navigating ads and images in Safari, in some cases freezing up entirely and making me Press the home button to exit out of Safari and reload the webpage..
I don’t know if it’s because the websites I visit regularly are using different kinds of adverts, or because of some change in the software but I don’t remember it being this bad in previous versions of iOS.
Please post if you’re also having the same kind of problems and any solutions you found to them.

One thing I’ve noticed lately is that a lot of websites are embedding video content and images onto their webpages, making voice-over slow down, freeze or become unresponsive.
This is even happening when enabling reader mode, and I usually have to close down Safari and restart it which doesn’t always work either.
If there’s any feature I’d like to see in the next voice-over update, it would be the ability for voice-over to skip over videos and images which it can’t process, hopefully this will make it respond better in these cases
Thoughts?

I am looking for a Word document app to Store a list of my passwords and other reminders.
I have tried Google docs, but found it to be in accessible with voiceover and difficult to use despite the Apple this review saying that it is fully voice over accessible. I have also tried pages, which is basically awful. Can anyone recommend a decent app that will speak what I have typed including capitals and other punctuation marks? I have read some reviews stating that access note is a fully accessible app that is easy to use. Please advise. Thank you.

Since the latest update on iOS, I am having difficulties completing text in text fields on websites, including this one. If I want to review what I have written the Rueter settings only allow me to read the whole text rather than word by word or character by character. I am using an iPhone 6.

Hi, Whenever I use the phone app especially the contact section, voiceover becomes gibberish. I am using US Samantha compact and running iOS 12.4. Is anyone having the same problem? Whenever this happens, I will have to restart the phone to get voiceover speaking normal. I have tried other voices but same issue.

I am training several blind people to use iOS devices. It's a little frustrating that getting to the voiceover gesture practice requires voiceover skills to navigate through the settings app. Does anyone know a quick way of getting to the voiceover practice with in the settings app and perhaps giving access to it directly from the home screen?

It seems like with the update to iOS 10.1.1, voiceover is speaking on and on and on, as if there was no punctuation. I wonder if it's just me or is this happening to other people to? I also noticed that apostrophes in words like don't and can't are behaving improperly so you hear Done TN can tea.
I can't even edit this document right now because VoiceOver navigation isn't working. All I hear is clicks when I try to move by character, word, or a line. Interesting that the commas in that last sentence did cause pauses in the speech where they should be.

I just upgraded my IPhone 6 to IOS 9.3. I noticed that when I am typing in texting when I hit a space or use punctuation an additional voice speaks. Anyone know how to shut this thing off? Thanks. Mike

I recently got involved in the Forex market a couple of months ago. It's been an uphill battle but I'm enjoying the process. I was wondering what apps were you using to review charts and make trades Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ever since updating to iOS 12.2, voice-over has been telling me that the websites I regularly visit are anot secure.
If it was just one or two sites, I would probably ignore it or think it was a problem with the websites themselves, but since it’s most of the sites I visit, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem with voice-over.
When I look in the address bar, voice-over tells me that the website is not secure as well, but it still lets me visit the site.

There is a weird glitch I've noticed when playing large MP3 files through the Files app on my iOS devices and I was wondering if anyone else had this issue as well.
Firstly, I should say that I've only noticed it with some large MP3 files like audiobooks, I'm talking about files which are over three hours long.

iPhone 6 running last version of iOS 9.

When I am using the Emoji keyboard, The Emoji in question is described as, " Red hearT" when touching it on the keyboard. When I tap the text entry field where I am typing the Emoji, it is also read aloud as, " Red heart. " however, with the rotor set to "characters," as I flick up or down through each individual character of the message I am typing, that same Emoji is announced as "black heart." This is weird

I used to use the life church Bible or the Gateway Bible apps. Both of which are now not accessible with voiceover. Life church has unlabeled key buttons and Gateway picker doesn’t work properly. I checked out touch Bible verse of the day neither of which work well for me. Any thoughts? Has anyone contacted life church about correcting there in accessibility?
