Hi all,
I have come across an unusual problem with creating folders on my iPad mini... If I drag an app on top of another, nothing happens and also if I try dragging an app into an existing folder nothing happens either...
I am running iOS 7.1, but it's not a problem with the software as I can creat folders with no problem on my iPhone 5S. . . The issue only appears to be with the iPad mini.
I have reset the iPad as a last resort but the problem persists...
Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so have you found any workaround?

Hi,
I got Airblue sharing installed on my Ipad which I am not useing anymore but that's besides the point. and there are about 300/350 photos in there,which were transfered to this ipad using airblue shareing.
The problem is, I am unable to delete or transfer those pics through itunes,heck I even tryed I fun box. no go. There isn't a delete option in the photos app,either.
I used the bluetooth transfer to copy those photos to my computer,but now the question is,how do I go about getting rid of those pictures?

Hi Guys, am I the only one having problems deleting emails from the iPhone Mail app? It worked fine till the last 2 updates were installed.Let's say I have 200 emails and I want to delete them all at once. I used to go into Edit and at the bottom of the screen was the Delete All button, tapping on it deleted all 200 emails instantly. Now however when I go into Edit the Delete and Move buttons are greyed out so I can't delete them anymore. I contacted Apple who said there wasn't a problem, all you do is to go into Edit, select an email, flick up to Delete and tap the screen.

Since upgrading to IOS 12.4 I try to log in with my passcode and keep getting locked out because when I move my finger over the screen to hear the number that I require and then I used to just double tap anywhere on the screen and the number I wanted goes in and the cursoe rmoves to the next box again I move to the hear the number I need and again once I hear that I used to just single finger double tap anywhere in the screen and the number went in, exactly the same method I use when typing, hear the letter nad then just single finger double tap anywhere on the screen.

I want to forward a picture in a MMS to my sighted husband. I'm having the same problem I do when I try to compose a text from within the messages and not the contacts app.
I've got iOS 10 and an iPHONE 5C. I am an experienced VO user, but this is really stumping me.
If I'm in contacts, sending a text is easy. I select the contact, and either select the number in the details screen or select the button for Text and from there select the recipient's phone number.

I have created a mucic playlist on my iPhone 8 and have arranged the songs in alphabetical order by title. I have also selected this in my music settings to be sorted by title, not by artist. However, every time I connect my iPhone to my Windows 10 PC to back it up or just charge my phone, it changes the order of the songs in the playlist. I find this to be extremely frustrating! I'm using the latest update of iTunes on my computer and iOS 11.4.1 on my iPhone. I also have my preferences set to prevent devices from syncing automatically when connected.

I have been frustrated trying to listen to Voicemail on my iPhone for years.
When you first activate a voice mail, it immediately starts playing at a very low level, before one has the opportunity to choose whether to use the speaker or not.
Once the voice mail does start playing at a very quiet level, one can try and flick around with Voiceover to find the "audio destination" button, but Voiceover is then so quiet that it is hard to find the button.
If one does manage to find the "audio destination" button, there are two problems:

I had to reinstall diceworld yesterday, and I don't remember my password and I'm not sure of my user name because I changed the name I play games with a while back, but I think I signed up for a diceworld account with a different e-mail address than I use now so any time I hit the forgot password link I never get the e-mail because it's sent to my old address that I don't have access to.

I am trying to use the actions rotor to drop an app into another folder. But the only options I get are activate which would delete the app, and cancel movement. What can I do?

Running iOS 14.8 on 2020 iPhone SE but experienced this in prior versions too. When I'm using the Mail app to read messages in threaded mode, ie. where the messages show up grouped by conversation, the roter action to move through the messages appears buggy. Say I'm at message 1 of 8. I activate the roter option for messages and swipe down. It will go, for example, to message 2, message 3 but then jump back to message 1.

I called Apple to purchase Apple Care Plus for my new iPhone 5S. To complete the process, the Apple rep sent me a text message containing a link to perform a diagnostic test on my iPhone. The address for the link began with diag// instead of http//. I was unable to activate the link using VoiceOver and iOS 7.03.
As a work around, Apple sent me a link to perform the diagnostic test by email instead of text message. I was able to complete the diagnostic test from the email.

I've recently got a new phone, the iPhone XS max.
Ever since I've got it, I've had problems purchasing items.
I'll give an example. I've been trying to buy gold from the dice world store.
It says confirm with side button. Whenever I press it, I get an error message saying error, your purchase has been cancelled or has timed out, try again.
It does this every time.
It also says double click to pay and i'm not sure what you quite have to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm trying to purchase songs on my iPhone 6 running voiceover and IoS 8.02. When I double tap on the price of the song to purchase it nothing seems to happen. Am I just being stupid or is this a known bug with voiceover running iOS 8? And if it's the latter is there a work around? Thanks in advance for any comments

I am wondering if other VO users of iOS 11 with iPhone 7 and the facebook app are having problems keeping the timeline in focus when reading the contents of a group. In other words, I use a bluetooth keyboard and often cannot scroll through posts when I am in a group, it works fine on the news feed but always seems to bring me back to the tabs of either the main four or five tabs at the bottom of the app’s window, or the tabs regarding the group like about, discussion, photos, ect. Does anyone else have this issue?
