I just found out how to record a good podcast, but now I have to post it. Any one have suggestions? Specifically, I'm using ThumbJam, (although I also have GarageBand) and that takes care of my recording needs. Now I have to run it in the background to demo another app, and then it's post time. What do you guys think?

Hey everyone.
I hope you're all keeping well.
I just have a quick question for you all, how do you submit apps to the apple vis app directory?
I see the apple vis website has had an update recently and I was unable to figure out how to submit useful apps to the directory.
if somebody could let me know as soon as possible, that would be greatly appreciated as I have some useful content to share with the apple vis community.
Thanks and enjoy the rest of the day.

I have an app on my iPhone. It has montly subscription but I wonder if it is possible to pay for two months somhow. Is there a way to renew subscription before the other one has ended_

Hello.
First, I have no cards connected to my iTunes account.
I want to subscribe to Apple Music and I see the price and all.
How does this work? Will I be able to renew the subscription with a new gift card or will it still require a credit card or such?

Hello, I am getting fed up with pandora, because it kicks me completely out of the app after several hours of listening, and I am not sure if I should just pay for pandora 1 or whatever its called. So, I am really interested in spotify, and was wondering if anyone else has had a chance to play with it, and if so, what was your experience. Any feedback is welcome, and I look forward to hearing what you have to say. Thanks

I am running the latest update of NFB Newsline and iOS 12.1.2.

On my iPhone 6, all of my NFB Newsline subscriptions were organized alphabetically and, within each section, by date ascending.

Since I upgraded my phone to an iPhone XR I now see that all of my subscriptions are scrambled and no longer organized alphabetically. In fact, whereas magazines with the same name used to be grouped together, now the magazines are all jumbled and interspersed with each other.

How does one access subtasks in Reminders with VoiceOver?

The only way I can find to do this is to go to View Details and then to Subtasks and then interact with them there.

Is there an easier/quicker way?

Has anyone tried to use IOS 11 to read subtitles in films where there English subtitles? I have had really no luck getting this to work. I have tried this feature with YouTube vidios and on the PBS app. I have the rotor setting to speech on that media content thing that's new. I can however get VO to read the closed captioning for the deaf but not subtitles. Please post if you have had any better luck than I've had. Thanks very much.

Hi all. I know there will probably be many topics like these. However I wanted to share my experience. I have an iphone 3gs 8 gigabyte. Really old phone. Refurbished too. I am getting the 4s next only because I don't have and won't have the 199 dollars for the 5 and most features on the 5 that I am interested in are on the 4s so except for the design I won't be missing out on much. I will get a 5 eventually.

Hi All,
Since yesterday a very odd thing has suddenly started to happen with the Audible app. I can no longer open any book. Double tapping will start the book playing/pausing but, it remains on the book list screen. So none of the book controls shows up. As far as I know I've not had a recent update to the app so was wondering if anyone else has seen this. As I say only just starting. Hard restart, deleting and downloading again has made no difference. iOS 13.4.1 iPhone 8.

Hi folks,

I have been made aware of an application called SugarSync I allows one to sync files between ios and pc including documents. I am wondering if anyone is using this application with success on the pc end using assistive technology? The iphone ap looked accessible but the pc manager end does not at first glance. Thanks.

Hi all,
Does anyone use this app on iOS device?
I'm using Yahoo Finance app on my iPhone running iOS 15.7. The stock price at the desired symbol or asset keeps refreshing but VoiceOver cannot automatically read it out. It is probably caused by the app design without aria-live feature.
Thus, I'm reporting the issue and suggesting the developer to fix it with aria-live.
Could anyone here please also make an suggestion to them?

Thanks for your attention.

Cheers,
Corsia

I have suggested this to accessibility see my post in the bottom of this mail, and got the expected answer we have sent your suggestion ttto the relevant department. Even though it is simple to add my guess is that unless more people ask for this feature we will never see it.

Any suggestions for VoiceOver friendly iOS apps for learning basic Italian?

Hey guys!!

I have a possible suggestion for an alternative to Apple News. I've been having the same issues you all have been having with Vo. having Add. when you ahe using Apple apps. Although I have not had iisues in Safari, I have had it in News. And it's particularly annoying when ever I have Vo. read the story with 2 finger swipe down.

I know the campaign of the month has gotten some good results before, so I'll throw this crazy idea out there and see if it sticks. I'm noticing that more and more apps seem to be effected by this bug in iOS 6 when it comes to VoiceOver and other audio sources like games, and apps like TuneIn Radio, where the audio cuts out when VoiceOver speaks. I know it's possible for each of us to send an email to the accessibility folks at apple, but I'm wondering if we wouldn't stand a better chance with a campaign of the month?
