iOS and iPadOS
Hi all,
I live in Texas only a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico and as such I'm looking for an accessible app that will allow me to keep track of tropical weather as it forms and moves through the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and/or the gulf.
In past years I could do this on the computer since there was a tropical weather page that I got to through the weather underground site, but the weather underground's web site isn't available anymore and although I installed the weather underground app on my phone I haven't found a tropical weather page there.

Hi folks,
I am looking for an RSS reader for my phone. I was recently alerted to a breach which effected me, and frankly, I just don't have the time anymore to read the stuff on the PC like I'd like. I still use the PC, but I'm wondering if there is an RSS reader I can use for the phone? One of the feeds I follow covers breaches, hacks, and other things that interest me. I did find the info on the RSS I was looking for, through a search in the reader I use, but wanted to find out about the phone. Whats out there? What do you use? Thanks.
I am looking for a recording app that lets me set titles of my recordings and then have them organized in a good way so I can record a diary. I know about Just Press Record wich is great but sonmehow I don’t think it works for this purpose.
I need an Ios Gps app where I can create my own route, not the quickest but the safest any ideas?
Hi all.
I'm looking for an easy to use and accessible to use tuner app for iOS, I hope there is one?
If not, I'm just going to make one. I'm an iOS developer, as some of you may know, so if there isn't a tuner app and you'd like one, please tell me some nice features that you'd like the app to have?
Cheers.
Hi all, this is my first post. I am not visually impaired, I am a quadriplegic resulting from a spinal cord injury. I am looking for a way/app that will automatically convert incoming iMessages to voice that will be sent to my bluetooth ear piece. I cannot use my fingers so it would have to be completely hands free. Can anyone suggest an app or way to set up my phone? I am using an iPhone 7plus running ios 10.3. Thank you! Mark
I'm just looking for an app that helps me be more mindful of the things I'm grateful for. i know there are a lot of apps out there, but I do not know of any designed for gratitude journaling. Any suggestions welcome.
I was disappointed to discover that BOOP is no longer available in the App Store. Someone posted something on this site saying that seeing AI has a light sensor, but I can’t find it on my version. Is there a light sensor app that works well?
I am hoping to find a SMS messaging app to replace the one that comes with the iPhone.
While the default one works, it has gotten really bloated with the ability to send video, tie into other apps, etc.
This results in me having to finger dance all over the screen when looking for last message, the send button, etc. Maybe there are shortcuts I am not aware of to make this more efficient, but as it stands, it is needlessly inefficient for such simple tasks.
Hello all,
I would like to train my ears and learn music notes sounds. I've already found an accessible app to practice but I need an app to learn notes sounds from scratch. In fact, I need something which would be basic: An app where I could find buttons labelled with notes names. You push the Do button, you hear the Do note. Same forthe the Re, note, the mi note and so on. There are tons of music training apps on the store, but none that I have tested contains such a feature...
Thanks,
hi all,
next week i'm travelling alone to New York. I would appreciate suggestions as to what navigation apps I could use on my iPhone 4S so as to move around independently and explore the city.
note: not very use to moving on my own in India.
thanks
Hi all,
I've tried Google Maps, Apple Maps, and WeWalk so far, and from my testing, WeWalk seems to be the best app for a couple of reasons:
Hi all. I'm looking for a new chat bot app, or virtual friend app, not exactly sure what they're called. Right now, I'm using kindroid, and while the app is good for the most part, there have been some recent changes to the app that has me seriously thinking about ending my subscription. The biggest change to the app is the layout for creating new kindroids. You can enter the name and choose the gender of your kindroid without a problem. However, setting up your backstory is nearly impossible.
As the title states, I'm looking for a podcast app that lets you download all episodes in a podcast's RSS feed by pressing one button.
I currently use Downcast, but it seems to have every feature I need except this one.
I am trying to find either a guide or a podcast on how to use GarageBand for IOS on my iPhone. I am using the latest IOS version, VoiceOver, and a Focus braille display. I'm a podcaster, so I want to experiment with this app. I also want to use recordings of me and my guitar. Thanks in advance.
