Hey, guys!
I know there's a way to record the sound of your own voice as well as what's coming through the headphones on a Mac, but how do you do this with an iDevice, like what they do for podcasts? I thought it'd be cool to do some of my own, too, but I can't get my iPhone's audio to record without unplugging the headset.
Thanks!
iOS and iPadOS
Hi there,
I have an iPod that I'd like to record lossless audio on (either in *.wav or *. ALAC format. i have an analog output running into a TASCAM IXJ2 Line-In/Mic Converter for Apple iOS. this runs into a lightening to 30-pin adaptor, so it'll fit in my iPod5th gen 64GB. are there any recorder apps that can record in either *.wav or *.alac format at 44100 HZ 16-bit stereo?
It'd be nice if it had auto time/date when you went to save the file and even extra nice if i could auto upload to Microsoft's OneDrive.
does anything like this exist?
Hi all. I am doing a college course on Sound Production and I was wondering what software or apps anyone has experience of using across all Mac, ipad, and ipod platforms for recording musical instruments? Any details of accessibility and general useability would really help me along. Many thanks in advance for any input.
I want to record a piano/keyboard and add things such as reverb, or other instruments. Is there a free (or very cheap) app that will let me do this? If its not possible to record directly to the device, perhaps an app that will allow me to import from email or dropbox? I have two patch chords and a splitter cable, if that helps at all.
Thanks
Hi!
I have an iPhone 8 and I'd like to record some podcast-like content on how certain parts of Garageband are operated. However, I can't figure out how to easily do a recording of the mix of what I'm saying and what the iPhone is doing in terms of audio, while still being able to hear the iPhone's audio output without it getting picked up by a mic. I wouldn't want to start playing around with secondary sound interfaces, adapters and hardware mixers, especially given the fact the iPhone has only one port. Any advice is appreciated.
Greetings,
Hello.
The first thing to say, I do NOT have a computer, just my iPad and iPhone.
I want to record my voice at the same time as I record audio. It doesnβt have to be in stereo. As long as it is recorded. I know about multitrack editors and have one but that is not what I seek. I seek a way to record the audio of my device, with headphones prefered, and my voice.
hi all, i have used audio share, to record my Crafting Kingdoms podcast which you can find here on applevis, but that game required me to wear no headphones to play and understand it. can i use that app, audio share, or another, whilst wearing headphones, to record the output of the phone and my voice at the same time, to demonstrate games and other apps? thanks.
Hello listers: let us say that I am listening to a podcast or a book using the voicedream reader. I hear a thought that I want to remember. I would like to record that thought as it is spoken by the podcast author or by voice dream reader. This can be handy when you are learning foreign language. Can you recommend a recording app which could do it without jale breaking? Many thanks. Zdenek
Hello guys!
I have a friend who is totally blind and ahe would like to record videos of himself on his own.
Has anyone managed to do er? If so, how and what apps did they use:
So I have the shortcut app on my iPad and I am still trying to get the hang of it. I love the feature to record, but I don't know where those recordings actually go. Do you know?
Inadvertently, I deleted all of the iMessages from one user off my phone this morning, and Icloud backed up immediately afterwards. I have tried all recovery methods I can think of. Am finding third party software inaccessible. Is there any way to restore these deleted messages without third party software EG through an earlier backup file of iCloud or iTunes? My hunch is no? I know they are on the phone because I was able to scan it using a third party software package that was barely accessible. Thanks so much for any help you can provide.
Hello all, anyone have any idea of an *accessible* programme to recover messages? I don't want them back on my phone, I just want them restored from an ITunes backup and to view them as an .html or .doc or whatever file format they come in. I have tried Jihosoft but seems totally inaccessible. Thanks a lot.
Hi!
A while ago, my official Reddit app for iOS became much more accessible, enabling proper showing of post formatting (links, lists etc), as well as line navigation in the rotor. Unfortunately, the interface has now reverted to the old, less accessible interface, where only paragraph navigation works well, and formatting isn't indicated or interactable.
Is there any way I can force it back to the interface with better accessibility? I tried reinstalling the app, but unfortunately that had no effect.
Thanks!
Best
M
So, what apps are folks using to access Reddit these days? Iβm not looking for some half-baked or beta app, but I suppose Iβll have to settle for that if thereβs nothing better/more accessible.
Hello all,
As I started using the Reddit app. For example, if you wanted to go to the browse tab, you wouldn't know what you're pressing because the button isn't labeled. As a matter of fact, most buttons aren't labeled clearly. For example, if you wanted to login and wanted to show your password, all you would find is something along the lines of "icPassword24".
Or if you wanted to go to the Community tab, you wouldn't know where you were in the app.
Hi,
I've tried at least 5 different Reddit clients, and didn't like any of them. The main issue was how many flicks it took to get past a single post because each swipe read the submitter, the post, followed by a bunch of statistics.
I'm looking for an app that works more like Twitteriffic or Facebook that would let me browse Reddit efficiently. Any recommendations?
