Can anyone please tell me how to delete an account in the app store. My sighted friend, when setting up my iPhone4s, opened my account in the US store instead of the UK store. I've now got an account, which is working perfectly, in the UK store but updates to apps, especially the Dragon Dictation one, is not possible as the US account has been disabled. Any ideas how to get this important update?

Hello all. Has anyone had this problem: you go to send someone a gift, only to have it crash if you try to enter a message into the field? I've done it twice and as soon as I enter the tet, app store closes and i have to go back int o submit a gift. I'm hoping i wasn't charged 20 bucks, since it's the look tell money reader app i'm trying to buy for a friend. still wish theprice dropped a bit. I understand not free but ten is a bit much. Anyway thanks for anyone's observations.

Updated to ios17, did all settings reset. Now, when I open the app store, it asks to choose between personal advertisements on or off, but the buttons are dimmed. No option to toggle this option in the Apple Advertising settings either. There it says: the option will be available once it is selected once in the app store. Same thing even after doing a complete reset, (erase all contents and reset), thereafter. Please help.

I can't change my app store account back to the UK store. I have looked in settings but can't find how to switch back from the US store.

In the last couple of days, the app store on my iPhone 4 would tell me there are 5 app updates available. When I go in there, the main section says that
they are all up to date, even though the "updates" tab says there are updates. I'm one of those weird people, who don't like seeing new items on an app,
but at the same time, it's not the end of the world. :) Anyone else experiencing this behavior?

Hello.
I've been facing an issue each and every time I launch the AppStore on my iOS device. A message appears (Your account is not valid for purchase in the Malaysian store, cannot connect to the iTunes Store).
By default, I'm using the US store, I haven't experienced this issue in previous versions. I had to sign out, remove all apps from the app switcher and sign in again and launch the Appstore. It works normally for a short time and the same message appears. I had to do the same steps.
Note, this happens on all iOS devices. Another user had the same issue using his own iTunes account.

Ever sense I updated to ios six, the app store has crashed every time I do a search for apps. I have tried restoring my ipod and even that didn't fix the problem. Is there some way to fix this problem, and if so, now?

Hello all,
I have recently updated to IOS6 and am having trouble with the app store feature. I turned on Genius which was a bad idea in the first place. Now wen I want to search for a particular app, it keeps freezing up and kicking me out to the main home screen. Any suggestions?
I also don't know how to turn off Genius suggestions.

In the latest version of the App Store, I notice that some apps, instead of having "Free" or some price listed, simply say "Get". What does this mean? How can I now tell whether apps are paid or free before I purchase them? Is the presence of the word "Get" an automatic indicator that the app is, indeed, free, or is there even a way to tell the difference now? I do notice that some apps still hae prices listed. If an app is paid, will the price always be listed?

Hi guys, I have two iPhones a 6 and 8. Now on my 6 I don't need to go into the app store app and double tap the updates tab to see if I have any updates. It tells me before I go into the app. Much like messages may say 2 unread. On my iPhone 8 and before that the 6S I have to go into the update tab to see if I have any updates available. Is there a setting I need turned on? I've checked and can find nothing. Both phone are on ios 11.4. Any help appreciated as I suppose this could be a bug but it is odd.

Dear All,
Ever since I've upgraded to IOS 6 I am not getting the apps to be upgraded displayed on the screen of my I phone 4s. The App store shows the number of apps to be upgraded but when I go into the update tab the page only states 'all apps are up to date'. This has only happened since the IOS 6 upgrade.

Hi All,
I'm going to most likely be participating in a new fantasy league this year. I do have a big influence on where it will be held, as my group is made up of, and comprises those, aware of accessibility.
Having said that, I know the experienced players in my group are familiar with ESPN. I think I recall from my DFS days Yahoo being extremely more accessible.
There is a new player on the field, too, in sleeper. DO any of you have any experience in a league-long fantasy season with any of these apps?

So, I am wondering if any of you who have an iPhone 14 Pro have experienced this bug. I personally do not have this phone. But my girlfriend dies. And she is telling me about a bog and she is experiencing with the app switcher. And at first I did not understand how the bug worked. So she showed me her phone. And Essentially if she is on FaceTime, she can’t close any of her apps. I am wondering if this is a voiceover specific bog? Or if it could have something to do with the new dynamic island?

Has anyone noticed that the ability to have your phone favorites in the app switcher seems to have disappeared in IOS 9? I've looked in the Settings app and can't seem to find it. Any ideas as to what's going on? Thanks.

I have the iPhone 12 Mini running ios16.03. Sliding up from the bottom of the screen no longer opens the app switcher. Is there something different now?

Hi Guys has anyone else noticed that when closing apps in the app switcher it loses focus? Not sure when this started but certainly since 10.3.3 if I have a number of open apps and start to close them with a swipe I lose focus and have to tap near the bottom of the screen to get back in to the app switcher. Just wondered if this was just me. Ios 10.3.3 iPhone 6S.

I have the gen 5 running IOS 15.7. I’m having a hard time closing apps. I have to try to open app switcher at least 3 times before the focus is in the right spot. Am I doing something wrong?

Is there a way to go from editing apps in the App Switcher, back to choosing an app to switch to?
For example, I'll have a bunch of apps in the switcher.
I'll open it by double clicking the Home button.
I'll double tap and hold on an app I want to remove from the switcher.
