I recently received a document with comments and all of that good stuff, how ever, how ever voice over will not no matter what I do exit out of the pop over. I tried hitting except, command tabbing away from and back to the document and restarting voice over. I really don't know what to do at this point as I need to read these comments.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have no experience with MIDI devices, that's why I'm asking this. I would like to use my Thomann DP-85 digital piano as a MIDI device on my Macbook Air and I have issues with the connection. It appears in my device list, but it is dimmed. I use a MIDI to USB cable for connecting it. I wonder if I should use a MIDI interface. I checked the user manual and it doesn't specify anything like that or my lack of experience limits my understanding of it. Also, I didn't find any drivers which could enable me to connect it.

I am not sure if anyone can help me, but I am leaving Help with RS games on my Mac. I am trying to download rs games and it is not working, it just keeps saying can’t verify this app or something like that, this is not my first time downloading rs games to my mac because I’ve had this issue before and somehow I managed to, by pass it, but I don’t remember the Steps I took. I heard rs games server is down, so is this the problem? But I don’t think it is, because like I said I had the same error message the first time when downloading rs games. Any help would be appreciative.

So macos sequoia brought the best subtle quality of life updates and patches for VO in numbers, pages and probably keynote. Okay text attributes were broken for a while but in 15.3 they works as normal. I have some problems though, mainly with pages.

hey guys. ok I probably shouldn't have named this post what I named it, I'm not even sure that I have a clue what I'm talking about. What is more I'm still going to be a mac guy, it just really hurts me to keep finding these accessibility draw backs that Apple could probably fix pretty easily and it would make the mac that much more awesome. Any way let me get to my issue.

I made an OCR VoiceOver companion app many years ago because my friend wanted one. My friend is working with some music software. The plugin installer isn't built with a native framework, so VoiceOver won't work with it. At that time, VOCR worked terribly in Chinese. So I just built this app so he can install the plugin. The app is called Fish Screen Reader. It can find all text on the screen and move the mouse for you.

I currently use an Aser Longtitude with Windows 10 and Jaws 16. I want to buy a new computer but which one? I am a Phd student and I work in a UK University, so need quite a sifticated piece of kit that can do quite a lot for me in terms of everyday software like Microsoft Office Professional, e-mail, internet browsing, music and other standard software applications but I also need to run SPSS and similar analysis software. I was looking at a new Windows lap top but I cannot get that much for the £700 I have to spend (that's about 1,000 dollars).

I updated Yosemite, now I am forced to put in a pass word every time I shut down my computer. I found a setting in security and privacy called disable automatic login, but the check box is dimmed. How can I undid this check box?

Today is the day. I've switched my default browser from Safari to Chrome.

It will be a bumpy transition. But as we all know after the past several years, staying on Safari is also bumpy. And I think I'm being kind when I describe Safari as bumpy.

Here are two immediate improvements I've already noticed.

One, when I land on the AppleVis main page and click log in, both the username and password fields show up on the VO+U web rotor list of form fields. Pretty amazing, huh?

I'm looking for a goosd dictionnary spanish-english. For inglish-spanish, we have the dictionnaries which are conatained into our Mac, which I find wonderful. For me is very important that these dictionnaries could be used of line and directly with Mac.

I’m not gonna lie; I never thought I would be happy—or even fine—with a Mac when I had to use it as a school computer during my exchange year in the U.S. It was the macOS Ventura era, and everything felt very buggy to me, especially with the incredible Safari not responding issue. That’s why I bought an HP Spectre when I was considering a MacBook Air.
