As I am blind I am having problems choosing a Bluetooth dongle which will connect to my MP3 player because of the lights which come on when you push the button to activate or deactivate the dongle so if there’s a dongle that somebody could recommend I would appreciate it
To all interested,
Another option to consider is a bluetooth GPS, or a GPS receiver that plugs directly in to your iPod's docking port. I use a bluetooth GPS called the Universal Electronics xGPS 150, it sits on my arm with a little arm band thingie, and it works great with navigation apps. Another option is the Bad Elf GPS receiver which plugs directly into your iPod but drains battery power pretty fast, or so I'm told.
Dear All,
I've seen Marco's forum message on bluetooth headsets but I want to ask yet another question about what bluetooth headphones people use? I want something that will answer and control my I Phone 4s but my main want is for high quality music reproduction from my I Phone and a set of headphones that don't have those horrible pieces of silicon that you have to push into your ears! Also, are there any bluetooth headphones out there that will give me some control on what buttons I am hitting?
Hi all I was wondering what might be the most affortable bluetooth headset I can get for my iphone 4s. Things I'm looking for in a bluetooth headset are, long battery life, being able to streme music, good deep sounding base, perhaps in sterio, and if possible no earbuds. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Hello! I just got an Apple Watch Series 2 for the holidays, and I'm noticing that, at the gym, it's hard to hear my watch feedback. I would like to buy some BT headphones that will channel both my Apple Watch and my iPhone concurrently. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm very active and travel a lot, so if they are good for sports and fairly rugged while being able to hear environmental sounds reasonably well are a plus. I know that's asking for a lot, but, I figure, if I ask for the whole pie and only get half, I'll be pretty happy. Anyway! Let me know.
I was wondering if a few of you that owns Bluetooth headset, either the one or two ear models, can confirm something for me. My Bluetooth headset broke so I can’t test this.
Music, calls and VO steams to the headset. Does the VO sound effects like clicks and bumps go to the headset or does it go to the iPhone speaker? When the phone rings, do you hear it on the headset? Are there any other sounds that does not go to the headset?
I have been trying out various Bluetooth headsets on my iPhone 6 over the last few weeks, from: Plantronics, Jabra and even Samsung. I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the iPhone or some setting that needs changing, but I can't seem to check the callerID with voiceOver when using a Bluetooth headset.
I'll be getting an iPhone 5 sometime this week, and I've looked at some of the reviews on here of a few bluetooth headsets, but none of them mentioned the iPhone 5 specificly. So i'm curious to find out if anyone can recommend one I can use? I'm willing to spend no more than maybe 50 bucks at the absolute most, and what i would need it to do is to be able to let me easily answer a phone call if it comes in, and hopefully still hear VoiceOver on a call if it's ever necessary, and just do basic stuff. I'd want it to sound reasonably good of course...

Hello, Has anyone found a pair of bluetooth headphones with minimal or no noticeable lag while using voice over? I have yet to find one where the lag doesn't drive me crazy. Thanks.
Hello all, I am looking for a really amazing bluetooth headset earbuds that works great with voiceover. I got a sony bluetooth GR1TBD headset, if i'm not mistaken, and when I tried it with my iPhone 4s with the iOS operating system, it found that the voiceover wasn't transmitting through the headset properly, however, when i tried it on my macbook pro, it worked great, even though the sound effects weren't coming through. I'm willing to pay good money for something that will last me for a long time; especially once i upgrade to the 5s. If anyone has any good suggestions, please let me know.
Hello Everybody,
I am looking for a bluetooth headset that I can use for my iPhone 5. I found a Bose headset on this website that was a little pricy. I am wondering what you all use for your phones. A couple of things that I want to do with this headset is as follows:
1. Answer phone calls and hang up without touching my screen.
2. Voice activated commands would be nice because then you wouldn't have to touch your phone.
3. If possible, play music through my headset.
I also have to consider voice over interfearing with the phone calls.
Hello all,
I have been an iPhone user for 3 years, and I also use a 2009 MacBook Pro. I'm having trouble getting my bluetooth accessories, which work perfectly with my iPhone, to have a smooth relationship with my Macbook.
There are two devices that are giving me technical difficulties. The first is the Beatbox speaker available from Speeddots, and the second is the Kinivo BBT20 headset. In both instances, pairing is difficult, and the connection is unreliable when pairing is successful (the connection is often lost).
Hi,
I have just got a iphone 4s and I am finding it quite hard to type text messages. I also don't want to have to take my iPHone out when I'm out and about.
What keyboards are people using with their iPhones? I am also intretested in what headset and 4s cases people have.
I am looking for a cheap keyboard and headset prefereably rechargable via USB.
There's a mini keyboard on amazon for about £10 or so but I'm not sure about the size of it.
Hi all.
I know this question has been asked a number of times. I currently highly depend on the Boxwave Keyboard Buddy case to help me be productive on my phone. Unfortunately, this case is no longer being sold, and I don't see any other alternative cases that are similarly slide out keyboard cases.
A few questions:
•What do people use to type on their phones quickly if not the slide-out keyboards?
•Does anyone know of one of these slide-out keyboard cases that is still available?
Looking for an easy and portable keyboard for my iPhone. Need it to do the following, open app swithc, go to the home, scape key, and rechargible. Not need a expensive type just simple and easy to use within my iOS and iPhone 13 pro. Thanks.
Hello all,
I am getting an iPhone 6+ and want to use a Bluetooth keyboard with the phone at work. I am totally blind and rely on V.O. I am guessing that I need a keyboard that has the Apple keys (fn, control, option, command) to make V.O. function properly. Please correct me if that statement is incorrect.
Do I need to buy a keyboard form Apple, or can I buy a third party keyboard? If a third party is an option, can anyone make some suggestions. Although compact design is nice, I don't want something so cramped that I have difficulty typing.
