When I receive a phone call and I have facebook or another app open when ever I receive a call I am unable to find the answer button using voiceover. Is anyone else having this issue? If so is there a work around.

I did actually discover this a few months back wwhen I restored my iphone 13 to factory defaults and restored from my latest iCloud backup. this worked fine with one serious omition. The VO rotor was set to the default layout! I know this since there are things I add to the rotor and others I delete.
Today Arriving home with my new 16 pro I had forgotten all about this. But at least the bug seems to happen all the ttime, again my rotor was reset to default layout.

I've noticed I'm not getting all of my notifications. For example someone will send me a text and my phone will not notify me. The only way I know someone text me is if I go into my messages and see it, this doesn't happen all the time just sometimes. Another problem I've noticed is that my phone will not ring everytime someone calls me. I'll get notified of a voicemail and I'll be like why didn't my phone ring? The person on the other end tells me that it rings on their end. Again this doesn't happen everytime just occasionally.

Hi friends, hope you all are good, it is a problem that it's happening since a year or so with my Facebook in iOS, I am not geting the Facebook push notifications on the Lockscreen, and neither in the notification centre on my phone I checked all the settings and all the option in the app as well, even I compare the other apps notifications options in settings and they all are same,
This problem was on my last phone as well which was the iPhone 6 Plus
And now I have the 6S plus,

hello, I have joined RC of ios17 before few days back, and now when public build came out, I havent got any software update, now that's not the problem, people are telling me that, they have got the live voicemail feature, but for me its not showing up in settings/phone. there is no any toggel to turn on/ off the new voicemail. please let me no what would be the problem. tried, resetting the settings as well.

Hi all,
For a while now, I didn't want to receive notifications from the Mail app because I got so much junk. Even then, they appeared to work on some of my devices, but not others.
Now though, I want to get notifications for certain email accounts on my iPhone, but nothing I try to do to get them seems to work. I'm not getting banners, sounds, or anything in my notification center.
I'd appreciate it if anyone might know something I'm missing.

So I have an issue
I was going through TikTok but then I wasn’t aware that I had gotten notifications
And no I don’t have do not disturb on, nothing is on mute
Do not disturb back on then back off, no sounds, no notification appearing up on the top of the screen or some notification centre, no settings have been changed why am I not getting notifications after those 20 minutes I spent listening to TikTok

In the past, when I scrolled through my list of photos in the Photos app, Voiceover would give me a description of each photo.
Now that is no longer happening. Sometimes it happens sporatically, but most times not.
I have "Image Descriptions / Photos" turned on in my Voiceover settings.I have also tried turning on screen recognition for the Photos app, but that doesn't seem to help either.
Oh yes, I've also rebooted.
I am running iOS 17.5.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro.
What could be the issue? It seems this used to work in the past.

Hello to all,
Now I am not quite sure if I am hellucinating or perhaps this got changed in iOS 11.2.5, but I do recall that when in the Photos app on my iPhone, if I did a three finger single tap on either the thumbnail or after I would open a picture, VoiceOver would give me details, such as whether the picture was sharp or blurry, dim or bright or if faces were in the picture.
Now since iOS 11.2.5, when I do this, I get nothing, just hear VoiceOver say that the picture is number X of X (well for me it says Photo 52 of 54, just generalized it).

What have they done to What's App, they've removed the Contacts list so if you don't have a chat window open with all your friends then you won't be able to message them anymore. I think your Contacts are now being displayed as photographs and aren't recognised by Voiceover. They say it's to make it look like Snap Chat and allow them to display adverts while you are chatting with your friends. I guess it's another app destined to be deleted from my iPhone.

OK, here's the scenario: I get a notification on my iPhone, but I don't want to respond to/look at it immediately. However, I still want to unlock my iPhone. How do I bypass the "double-tap to view" option just simply to get to the "double-tape to open" option, so I can simply unlock my phone without viewing the most recent notification?

Hello all,
I just bought a new iPhone 7 a month or 2 ago, and last week there was a bunch of flooding and some severe weather in my area and even though I have emergency alerts turned on I didn't get any alerts and with the amount of rain we got I should have. We had similar weather 2 years ago, and I had a different iPhone 7 at the time but I was constantly getting the alerts that almost break the eardrums when they go off. What else should I do on the phone to hopefully insure that I get alerts like this in the future?

Hi All, since Ios 11 I am no longer able to use Siri to post to Facebook or Twitter. In Ios 10.3.3 you could ask Siri to do this for you. Now she simply says she can't do that. No idea why this has changed. Can anyone else still do this? It was a useful feature to quickly post.

I'm sure some of you remember list recorder, that app where you could write or record notes and sort them into different lists? This ones sadly not around anymore, so I am looking for an alternative.
What I would like to have is an app where I can write or record notes and sort them into lists, like private, work, todos, grocerys and so on.
If it has an intigration into services like Alexa or Siri this would be great to, but it's not a must have.
