I am having a lot of trouble using Safari on the iPhone 5. (I am up-to-date on IOS). How do you add web pages as favorites and how do you access them? Is there any kind of tutorial on using Safari in IOS 7.04 on the iPhone? There used to be a utilities button that made it easy to add favorites. I am really confused about how Safari works. Thanks so much for any help.

Hello. My name is Torie. I thought i'd join this forum in case i ever wanted to post something.
I have noticed particularly on the ipad mini that Safari keeps refreshing when i am reading something. This is very frustrating especially when you are trying to write a blog post, for instance. It does it on the iphone too but i mainly use it on my ipad mini. Any ideas on how to stop this?

I upgraded to 16 from 14 and can’t figure how to remove the siri suggestions and frequently visited sites that are cluttering up safari.
Also is it possible to remove tab groups?

When I'm using Safari, and try to read the page with VoiceOver, the browser completely hangs. Even when I turn off VoiceOver, Safari still doesn't respond to any taps or swipes. The only thing that helps then, is to completely shut down Safari (removing it from the app switcher). When I then restart Safari, the app crashes and restarts. After the restart, the app works as expected, until I turn on Safari.

Hi, Sean here. For quite some time, I have not been able to save usernames and passwords within Safari on iOS. It also will not ask me if I want to save or even update username or password information. If anything can be done to fix this, would someone please help with this? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi. I have a problem. Sometimes, when I use Safari, the page sometimes gets stuck on 10%. Has anyone experienced this issue? What other browser should I use. I am connected to the Internet. I don't know why it is doing this.

Hello everyone. For those who have an iPhone 11 or newer or iPad 2018 or newer, do you think it's safe to update to IOS 14? I have those devices and have been waiting a bit to update... please let me know if you can.

Do not update to the most recent version of WhatsApp. It'll make VoiceOver not to provide any typing feedback, even if you use braille screen input.
I thought it had something to do with my phone itself and restarted my phone. I then tried typing something on WhatsApp with the issue mentioned above not resolved.

Using my iPad Mini The voice Samantha in VO using both the default and enhanced versions says Alabama when the name Al is read (when a large A is read with a small l). This is also occuring when Al Qaeda or another Arabic name of a publication from the Arab world is read. It became so annoying that I am now using Alex instead of Samantha. I do prefer Samantha because her pronunciation of names and places is superior to Alex.

Hi,
My friend has been having a problem with her iPad pro. They want to use the Alex voice on their iPad, but the Samantha voice is constantly downloading onto their device even though they don't want it. They have their language set correctly to English UK, yet the samantha voice is constantly downloading even though they always delete it.
Can something be done about this? Or, will the iPad simply have to be reset to factory defaults?

Hi everyone,
I just installed iOS 9 on my iPad Air and I noticed that Samantha's voice in the enhanced quality is horrible. Has anyone experienced this or not? To me, Samantha sounds that she has a horrible cold and her voice sounds very harsh. This is just my personal opinion and does not represent the opinion of the other AppleVis community members. Do you agree or not?

Hi all, using the english Hq female voices between Samantha, Karen or Tessa, which voice would you recommend is clearer, makes a good job of pronouncing words better and is an overall better experience for people who wear hearing aids such as myself since birth.
I primarily use Daniel as my main voice and I am aware there is Moira but I have decided to dismissed her from my trying out process. After a while of using her.

Has anyone had no success with the Trekker Breeze satnav, but then gone on to find a successful satnav app? I had to return my Trekker as it wasn't finding the satellites, and am wondering whether an app would have the same problem. Thanks for any help.

since Itunes doesn't save the .ipa-files from installed apps anymore, I wanted to ask if there are other ways to store the apps from my I-devices onto a local storage.

Hello. Hope all is well.
Does anyone know how to save an audio message to the Voice Memos app? There use to be an easy way to do it... I usually just flick up or down until I hear Save, then double tap, then it would save in the app. Now it doesn’t do that anymore.
