Hi all. Well my question is in the subject line really. I do make use of the Mac's in-built messages app for sending and receiving iMessages, but as i write the only way i know of to delete them is by removing them one by one. Very tedious task if you've stupidly let them build up like i often do. Is there some quicker way to delete them all in one go, or some setting that can automatically clear them after a certain amount of time, or is Mac OS simply not that clever yet? ☺️ thanks.

Hi all, I've had amadeus pro for a while, and its great. I know that you can pan a track if you only want it in only one ear, but is it possible to pan a audio track so that in sted of only being on the left/right channels, or in the centre, is there a way of panning the sound, so that it moves left and right continuously? If not, what other accessible app is there that can do this? Thanks for any help.

Hi everyone,
If there is not a way to do this within iTunes, is there an app that will do it that is accessible besides RadioLogik? I know at least one person on applevis that uses RadioLogik, and while I love it, there are certain things that I want from Station Playlist, such as the random/shuffle button. If I don't know what to play at a certain time, I can hit that button.
Also, I'd like to be able to broadcast with Apple Music stuff, only possible within iTunes right now. NiceCast is a bit odd with having to go between multiple windows to do voice brekas.

This is happening on a Macbook pro m1 13in I go to a website, I just used dailymail.co,uk Once it loads, i know because it speaks the number of links etc, I'm stuck in the side bar. tabbing does nothing except reading the tab overview, and I notice I'm in the window spots menu but I can't get out of it. Now when I close the window, command L to open a location only gots a small sound like the command isn't recognized. Turning off and on voice over yields nothing so I have to quit and reopen safari.

I'm using the main FB site. Any time I write things like better or possible, it puts in names of friends. I don't want this. Seeing as the edit field has no verbalization whatsoever, I have to read it over before sending, which is when I find out what it's done. Can I stop this somehow? It's really annoying. Thanks. Oh, it doesn't matter what version of Mac Os you use. And I know there's the mobile site but, I just don't care to use it.

hi,

MS office apps and adobe reader/acrobat have some cursors that are very hard to see no matter how big i make them. for example the cross or plus sign cursor in MS excel or the really, really thin cursor in adobe reader.

Is there any way to change these cursors? like make the excel cross solid black?

Hi all. I know how to put various recordings together using quicktime, but, they all play at the same time. How can I merge audio recordings in quicktime, so they are separate, so that they play one after the other, and not all at the same time? Thanks for any help.

Hello

I was just wondering if there is a way to Skip YouTube ads after the 5 or so seconds are up. i know in the iOS app you can just use VoiceOver to hit the Skip Ad Button. Is there a way to access this on the Mac? There are keyboard shortcuts (J to rewind, K to Pause/Play, L to fast forward) to control playback, so is there one for skipping an ad?

Thanks

I'm a recent convert to the Mac, and I'm finding that the one piece of software which keeps me going to my Windows bootcamp is WinSCP.

For those not familiar with it, WinSCP is an open source SFTP, SCP, and FTP client that also offers SSH terminal access. Browsing of local and remote files is a breeze, whilst it also offers file viewing and editing from within the application. I love being able to do all of this in one place, all with the benefit of point and click ease of use.

Hello, I’m Hyongsop Kim in Korea.
I have a question about editing mp4 files, cut specific section or paste.
I heard that quick time is accessible, so I tried to edit mp4 in quick time.
Even if it is possible to edit with trim function, editing detail is not possible, because moving slide is always jump to 5Β·10Β·15 and etc, in other words, I cannot move the slide to 17.2% or 73%.
One more problem is that quick time is not support save to mp4.

Hello,

I've got spotify premium, and it works ok on my iPhone. But the mac app is completely inaccessible. Is there any alternative that is accessible? The only app that seems to work is repeatify, but this app doesn't allow searching songs, and is made for something else, and isn't handy for me. Does anybody know of a better spotify app?

Hi everybody!
Hey, OK, I'm tough. I know this. I can handle trudging through thousands of Safari bookmarks accumulated by me over the past 3 centuries, separately deleting, moving, and/or renaming each one.

But isn't there a better way?

Then this dim, flickering light bulb lit up over my head! And I got to thinking. (No, it didn't hurt.)

Maybe there's an app or keyboard shortcuts or some tricks and tips people have come up with for doing all that in a way that takes far less time and effort?

Yes?

Hello. I'm wondering if there's a mac app that will allow you to easily create audio files from epub or any other kind of text. I know of a few that can in windows but I'd like to be able to convert useing the alex voice. Thanks.

Hi Not sure if I was the one to ask this before and admittedly to lazy to look for it. Is there another app that's accessible on Mac for X? The "twiter" one is a pain and i haven't used it much so i'm not not as "discoverable" I'd like to post more. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Using Sonoma on an M1 Mac Thx
